1st deposit lost the whole 50 in 10 minutes. Usally lots are loose on 1st deposit so if they are that tight now i hate to see in future will not deposit again.

I had a annoying and frustrating experience with this casino last football season. I withdrew a very small amount of money via cheque and after cashing it and spending the money it came back NSF months later. I didn't even know that could happen so long after. I then had to contact the sportsbook, inconvenience myself with all the parperwork and proof of the NSF all meanwhile the bank charged me for the extra fee's involved. The whole process took nearly a half a year to get resolved. In a day and age where speed and convenience is expected, these sportsbooks take your money in seconds and yet when we want to withdraw the funds you have no clue how long it will take, or even if you will get your money. In the end even though it was resolved I would not dare give this book another chance as the risk is simply to high so I cannot recommend it to anyone else also. There are far better options out there.

I had 450.00 in my account after the Belmont stakes, and went in to withdraw, and yesterday someone hacked the account, wagered 400.00 and won, then pulled all the money out. I asked them to reinstate my funds, as it is obvious their website is insecure. They refused, so I am out my 450.00, and nothing I can do about it. Crooked website, beware.

I disagree with the name

I’m not really into betting, but I signed up for this site after seeing posts on X claiming it offered better odds plus, I don't like FanDuel or DraftKings. At first, I was skeptical about putting money into an offshore site, but I decided to give it a shot. I created an account and made a small deposit to test the site and place a couple of bets. The day before the MLB All-Star Game, I deposited a significant amount, only to find to my surprise that the balance was gone in a soccer game, there was another live bet, but they dont care. I called customer service and was transferred to the finance team; they made me change my password and enable email security and I eventually got my funds back. Later, my account was closed again. I called back, went through the same password change routine, and surprise!!!!! they closed it again!!! Now what?. I don't know if this company invests in security, but ur money will be gone. You deposit one day, and then your money gets used up and you end up losing it cause they dont really invest in security. Don't put your money here; this site is crooked. Im wondering if this has happened before, if I knew I would not deposit that big.

Also, communication is poor, they dont tell you anything by email, they just want you to call call, and every call is a way around.

It was super hard for me to get logged in and the deposit amount could be lowered to say 4.99 or 9.99. Instead of having to deposit 25 or more other than that it was pleasant experience

They're absolutely dishonest in what they promise in their advertisements and their declarations for the casino and the rewards program. I would love to be able to upload the conversation that I just had with Oliver in customer service but I don't see any option to do that. However , I will say this one thing , he said every spin in the casino counts towards the rewards program and your level. When I showed him, the there is no history showing that when you go to transaction history. He said , well , they can't record every spin we just show your days combined losses. In other words, the only thing that counts towards your level.Moving up is your deposit loss. If you deposit fifty dollars , and you lose fifty dollars , fifty dollars goes towards your level. If you take that same fifty dollars and bring it up to sixhundred and don't cash it out, but lose it back.It's still only counts as $50 and not as they claim. Every wager placed.

Stole my money. Never going back again. My balance was around $650 as I was spinning $2 a spin on. reels and wheels. Suddenly I noticed a glitch in the area where my balance was displayed. The number shot up to $800+ then back down to around $380. I contacted customer service and they were of no help and quite frankly condescending. They informed me they had no way of checking a log of my spins and the corresponding balance.
