I would like to share my experience and ask whether anyone else has encountered a similar situation.
I deposited approximately $8,000 in cryptocurrency with Lowvig.ag, which appears to operate alongside SportsBetting.ag and shares verification and financial services processes.
After depositing, I was asked to complete KYC verification, including ID and selfie verification, which I completed as requested.
Shortly afterward, my account was permanently closed. I was informed that I had violated the platform's rules or terms and conditions, but no specific reason was ever provided despite my requests for clarification.
At the time of the closure, my account contained a substantial balance and pending wagers. Support informed me that the decision was final, no withdrawal would be allowed, and they could not disclose the specific reason for the account closure.
I have documentation of:
* Deposit transactions and blockchain records
* KYC verification requests
* Account balance screenshots
* Emails and support conversations regarding the closure
I am not seeking winnings or profits. I am only requesting the return of my original deposited funds.
