I am disappointed with Sportsbetting.ag.

I requested a withdrawal of $9600 (crypto), and my account was suddenly put “under investigation.” They claimed missing KYC documents, but I have already submitted all documents multiple times — and they were previously APPROVED by their own team.

Now they are repeating the same generic responses and not clearly explaining:
- what is actually missing
- why previously approved KYC is no longer valid
- when my withdrawal will be processed

My funds have been locked for weeks with no transparency.

This is extremely concerning and unprofessional behavior. I strongly advise others to be very careful when using this platform.

Been using this site for a while now and overall it’s been a solid experience. The withdrawal process is annoying. It shouldn’t take many hours to be reviewed. Should be pretty instant 10 maybe 20 minutes. Max would be perfect. Not ours the whole days.
