Worst company ever
Worst company ever. I placed an order and while placing the order I was told it will be available from 26th May. After submitting the order I received an email it will be available from 26th June. I have tried to contact via email. That I want to cancel the order. There is no reply I have sent 4 emails so far. Please if someone can help. Although I paid via PayPal credit. So PayPal doesn’t clear the funds until you receive the product. And I have raised the dispute with PayPal instantly because I don’t trust this company at all. Please be aware. Don’t buy anything from here.

Do not buy any products from this company. I purchased a weight bench from this company. When assembling the weight bench, I was tightening the cross support piece and the welded cleat joint snapped off with very little torque to the bolt. It is a blessing that the fault was discovered at this point, as the defect could’ve came to light while the bench was being used with a heavy barbell, causing serious injury. I subsequently emailed the company providing pictures of the snapped weld, and never received a reply. I followed this up with two further emails, but again no reply from company.
On my experience with this company, I would advise that they be avoided at all costs.

Another company that should not even be given a 1 star rating. Ordered my product over 5 weeks ago and still waiting. Sent several emails to chase a delivery date to my surprise no response at all. Avoid at all cost just take your money.

Having researched Sports Tech UK and Innovamaxx in Germany, I was confident I would be making a wise purchase of a SX500 spin bike at £749.
I made the purchase on the 2 May'20, in GBP, and received a receipt from the German office in Euros 749, so I sent an email to firm up if I should have been charged in Euros as my bank account showed a debit of GBP 749. I sent an email and didn't get a reply for 2 weeks, so I sent a chaser, yet still no reply. I sent another chaser and tried calling the German office as there is no UK phone number for Sports Tech UK. I received an out of office reply. Alarm bells started to ring so I looked at reviews on this site and was shocked there were many people in the same boat.
I expect to be asking my bank to recover the funds as a fraudulent transaction, assuming the bike doesn't turn up. Even it does turn up, and there are issues, I am stuffed.
Avoid this company!

Some of the worst customer service ever. No delivery updates, no tracking info, no replies to any of my emails, impossible to get through on the phone. Still waiting on delivery 5 weeks later with no contact at all to date

Wouldn’t even give this company 1 star. Absolutely awful company. Ordered an exercise stepper and spent a considerable amount of money, it then took over a month to arrive. I would have been OK with the delays if I’d have had some form of correspondence but I didn’t even get a confirmation email. No reply to emails or messages on Instagram. My public comments on Instagram have also since been deleted?
Due to the lack of service I went to a more reliable company and purchased a different item. However, I now can’t even send the SportsTech product back as there are no returns details to be found anywhere!

Avoid at all costs. Order placed 04 April and never showed up till this day. No response to any emails sent. Absolutely appalling service. Why are they even operating? Disputing the transaction is the only option.

We ordered a treadmill due to lock down and as we could not get another anywhere else, decided to go with this company. Once ordered, we had confirmation of sale but nothing else. I then did my research and started to worry about the reviews I had seen but then I saw the post on Instagram apologising for the wait and I decided to have some patience. I'm glad I did as 10 days later it arrived by courier. I set it up and it works perfectly so I can honestly say that I am very happy with my service. I do feel they could communicate better but I would just like to assume that their way of doing things is probably all over the place due to the coronavirus.

Bought a treadmill over a month ago, the company will not reply to multiple emails, instagram posts, emails to their head office in Germany, never received any confirmation of the sale. I see they're posting it up with a new lower price on Amazon now, also posting on their Instagram account, over £130 off from when I bought it, yet the item and company are nowhere to be seen! I appreciate the current Coronavirus situation but when you pay over £400 up front for something, you expect to at least receive some form of invoice/contact.
Update- have heard from the company there was a slight addition to the timeframe however I’m glad they’ve started getting back to people!

Very disappointed. Ordered and was promised a 2 weeks delivery timeframe. I was then notfied that it will take 2 months.
