I wish I had seen this before I placed my order of over £900! I have not received my order and I haven't been able to contact the seller at all - no response from any of the emails I have sent and I can not get through on the only telephone number I have (a German number that costs me a fortune to ring too!). Their chat-bot doesn't work on the site and I feel I may have been scammed out of my money, I paid with PayPal so hopefully I can get a refund through their systems. DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Awful communication. Like others on here I ordered with promised delivery of mid June. Numerous emails sent to them with zero reply from Sports Tech. Website gives no phone number to contact and their chat bot doesn't work.
Getting extremely worried now I've taken for a ride and conned out of money.
Be very careful before ordering until this company makes amends with the customers they are currently letting down.

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered with this company. The same trend as the other reviews paid over £900 for a treadmill had an order confirmation and nothing else. Did managed to ring and speak to someone but still no refund. Case opened with Paypal to get my money back! The UK website needs to be shutdown as they cannot deliver anything!

Ordered a treadmill on 23rd April 2020 for £689.00 from the 'alleged' companies web page and item still hasn't arrived, its now 22nd June 2020. I've sent the company many many emails with no reply. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SPORTSTECH! 2 letters have arrived in the post stating Covid19 has caused 'delivery problems, I've since ordered 2 products from Germany from other companies and they have arrived 3 days later, so transport issues are just an excuse. This company takes your money but doesn't deliver. Be wise, order from a different company! Reported to PayPal for a full refund. Disgraceful company.
Shocking customer service
Ordered at the start of May, and like many people are reporting here, I've heard nothing and there is no sign of my order. I've contacted them by phone and email but no response. Shocking customer service. No idea if this is a genuine company. Order your gear from someone else. These guys are cowboys.

Ordered on 11th May, no sign of my SX600 bike. £1000 taken immediately from my account. Emailed 4 times - no response. I wish I looked at all reviews before ordering! Avoid in all cost.
Disgusting
Disgusting. Ordered a treadmill early May. Told stock would come in early June and I will receive and shipping confirmation first week in June. I have now seen on website no stock until end of august. They have refused to contact me back after numerous attempts to call email and message. PayPal claim now initiated to get my £1000 back. This is a complete scam. They have take £1000 and are not proclaiming the products, contacting customers.
They are not responding to PayPal and I’ve lost £1000.
It’s a shame because before this the reviews were good. Seems like they’ve lost money during pandemic and cannot get stock but are still taking money and people will likely receive their products 5 months later once things calm down around October/November. Want my money back. £1000 is a lot to lose when you have nothing to show for it!

Ordered a boxing bag and accessories beginning of May from their SPORTSTECH UK website showing items available mid-June. Payment immediately taken out of my account. Beginning of June showed these items were now deliverable.
Emailed numerous times for an update on my order, phoned their number (useless), and their website has bad links. I called their Munich shop, spoke with an employee who also couldn't give me any info and was as useless as a chocolate teapot or an empty punching bag in my case. Its just one thing after another.
Their products show the company is German but I guess with all the bad delays the goods are made in the Far East. Delays are acceptable if the company communicates with it's customers. Social Media (FB) also showing a lot of people with issues, and they vet comments.
Because of this bad experience I'm not prepared to wait longer and have my money tied up lining their pockets. A simple call or email from them wouldn't go amiss, but a post apologising for a delay with no reason for non-communication is still inexcusable.
Fortunately for me I didn't spend as much as some of these more unfortunate people who have bought some seriously expensive equipment but that's besides the point! Claiming a refund now. Its a shame because if this company is legitimate (which is looking less likely now their products have also been taken off Amazon even) then they've dug themselves a deep hole.
Btw, the CEO of the parent company INNOVAMAX is a guy called Ali Ahmad. Look him up. He needs a lesson in decent customer service!
Possible Scam, Avoid Zero Stars if I could
It's a shame there is no 0 stars option. I bought a treadmill and a few supporting items for close to £1,000 on 1st June. I received an immediate payment acknowledgement but nothing since. I've chased them 3 times (twice to the email on the website and once to the email linked to their PayPal account) but no response. There appears to be no phone numbers to contact (certainly not a UK one). Right now I'm leaning on the side of this company taking orders that they have no desire/ability to full fill into the UK, would be nice if I'm wrong but they are not offering the slightest customer service or any ability to make meaningful contact. I'd have to strongly advise anyone looking to buy from them to buy elsewhere. I've opened up a dispute with my bank account, I don't want to say it's a scam as I'm prepared to believe that it's just a company that doesn't know what it's doing but with every passing day and no responses I'm starting to believe I've been had !
An Update : I have had some success today in following things through to the German site. I managed to engage with a chat bot on the German site that allowed me to give them information and essentially raise a complaint (use Google Translate to understand things and write responses.). I have have also managed to trigger some auto responses from customer services (first response I've had) after completing a form on this page innovamaxx.de kontakt page. Whilst Sports Tech is the website the underlying company is Innovamaxx.de so I'm hopeful that they may respond
Treadmill on route, happy with experience
I ordered my treadmill back in March, it was evident on the website and on the purchase email I received (after ordering) that this would not be dispatched until June. I'm not sure if the bad reviews missed this, or whether it's a separate issue that I haven't experienced. I did email them once, and it took 2 weeks to reply, so agree that the communication could do with some improvement, but they did explain this was due to coronavirus influx of orders.
I received an email confirmation to let me know my order would be dispatched a week later than planned (which I was perfectly fine with) but did give me the option to cancel the order if I wasn't happy with this. I've now received my DPD tracking numbers, so look forward to receiving my products.
Although the process to receiving my item has been long and slightly delayed this was all made clear to me, and I'm happy with my experience with this company.

I ordered a very expensive cross trainer over £1000 back on the 12th May and was told that the delivery would be at the start of June. I have heard nothing so started to call their contact number daily at all different times in the day - I get the same recorded message telling me I am calling outside of their office hours, no matter what time I call.
I have sent numerous emails only to get the same out of office response in German telling me the following (I have translated):

I ordered a cross trainer 2 months ago and payment was taken immediately and a email confirming my purchase was sent to me in English.
Since then i have tried to follow up on numerous occasions by calling the German company (answer phone in German!) and email every week to see what was happening with the order which I have never received.
I cancelled the order over a week ago but as yet have not received any communication from them. I paid via Pay Pal on Barclay Card so i am chasing up with the credit card company.. Dreadful experience!!

Out of the blue the equipment turned up today - without any prior notification of shipping, but I am delighted with the equipment!!
Ordered 30KG Dumbell set on 17th March & a very efficient process, payment taken & order confirmed by e-mail but there the efficiency ended. Have called them four times during the day but the answer machine advises that as out of office hours send an e-mai! Into double figures on e-mails but no response.
As nearly 3 months later with no response have no choice but to now contact the Credit Card Company.

Fine then but now its the 3 weeks later and still no confirmation of dispatch. Still no one answers emails or the telephone. Its discrasful. I ordered from there website to save them the Amazon fee - Just let us know whats happening and stick to your word. Yur giving Germans a bad name.

No response from the company through e-mail addresses provided, phone numbers, websites! I'm disputing directly with Amex to get my money back! Don't place orders with them- there is no way to contact them if something goes wrong!
