Following the passing of our cat, SpotOn settled the claim within a week and money was in our account a few days after that. Fantastic service at a very upsetting time. Thank you!

Take home medication
How quick spot on is to process the claims, especially during such difficult times in dealing with my dog health. Really 5 service, fast response and communication. My only gripe is the fact that we have to pay the vet first and then we claim from spot which can be an issue for those needing bigger funds for operations and test.
