I have not received my item
I have not received my item, so unfortunately my experience is not good. I don’t think it’s your fault, It’s the courier Evri they have said twice there is a delay with delivery, but this has happened to me before with Evri and what they really mean is the item has gone missing so I will not get it. I have sent your company an email no response as yet. Will update my experience once I have this issue resolved. order number is SPREE10567 thanks. Update on my experience, I was emailed by the company who had refunded my delivery and sent out another item, my original did turn up as well. I contacted the company to tell them this information and they have told me to keep it as goodwill. I thought this was a loverly gesture and a very good customer service. So I have updated review to 5 stars.

Give Credit Where It's Due
As yet, I have not used my Bullseye Pro Cordless Trye Inflater and will give feedback once used. Spree TV's on-line ordering process was fairly straightforward. However, I did have to contact them regarding a courier delivery query, which was dealt with capably by their Customer Service operative and thought this deserved a mention.

You should have received a separate email from us explaining that unfortunately the stock received from our supplier was damaged. In that email you will see that we have offered you a 25% discount on any other product on our site.
