Keep all paperwork on Spree TV
I purchased a New Rice Robot from Spree TV the item duly arrived with a 14 day money back Guarantee l first attempted to cook some Rice after the cooked light came on l found the rice raw and uncooked. The unit is faulty so l contacted spree TV they said l should return the unit for a full refund.
I returned the unit via a courier cost me 3.50 since then I have heard nothing from Spree TV they are not returning my Emails.
I did receive a Email asking for some feedback on there product l replied to them what had happened and l was waiting for my refund.
Many thanks to TRUST PILOT.
I received a phone call of Spree TV saying the reason for the delay in the Refund because my return product had been mislaid.
Spree TV have given me a Full Refund plus a complimentary Rice Robot which works as it should.
All is well that ends well thanks to TRUST PILOT.
