Excellent service

I'm certainly impressed with how Springfields carried out my order of MRE'S. Despatch and arrival time was excellent as I was in a bit of hurry needing these for a motorcycle trip. I had used another well known site for these and 3 months later I'm still waiting on the order but Springfields had everything out to me in 5days. I'll certainly be using them again and would not hesitate recommending them to anyone needing some sort of outdoor equipment.

Great Service

I originally gave Springfields 3 stars after initial delays in getting replacement for a damaged cobra adder 7 shot crossbow magazine, plus lack of communication from Springfields at the time.
I've now upgraded my rating to 5 stars after speaking to luke via email a few times,he assured me they were starting to keep extra stock in house so there's no delays when getting replacement parts exchanged from manufacturers.
Also spoken to Ginette on the phone a few times. Very helpful and friendly lady.
I've found them to be honest and upfront on stock levels and pricing.
They also put packets of bolts aside then informed me via email when they were back in stock with a handy link to pay for them.
I always use their next day delivery option when ordering things.
Costs a bit more but takes the stress out of worrying about the parcels being left in delivery hubs for days.
The few changes they've made recently makes it easy and worry free to order from their online website.
I've purchased a few crossbows and accessories from Springfields
Would recommend

Perhaps the best customer service of my adult life

Ordered some items from Springfields that required an ID check. This process was dealt with very quickly and was instigated by Springfields, not left to the customer.

Good price, very fast delivery. Where Springfields really stand out is the incredibly responsive and helpful customer service, especially Luke. There was a minor fault with a product that led to the product being unusable. Luke used a common sense approach (rare thesedays) of only sending back the part that needed replacing, not the whole item. Luke sent the part as soon as I showed a tracking number for the return i.e. before he had received the part. This sped up the process and allowed me to receive the item and use it for its intended purpose at the intended time.

Moments like this restore one's faith in humanity. Thanks Luke and Springfields overall.

I've since ordered again and will likely use many more times in my lifetime.

Competitive, reliable, conscientious

Great price for an adder, had some issues with delivery (couriers fault) but the aftercare from Springfields was spot on with calls and emails to make sure everything went smooth. Received the adder and what a brilliant bit of kit. Superbly engineered, I feel like I got my money's worth with it 100%
This company are worth dealing with.

Competitive prices and customer care is second to none, with accurate stock levels you will definately get your order fast. A refreshing breath of air following my nightmare order from preppers that I refunded after a month of non delivery and abuse. 5 Stars 🌟 will order again.

This morning I discovered the link and approached Springfields to ask if they could assist me and a lovely lady by the name of Hayley took all of of 27 seconds to reassure me that yes my order is indeed on its way,

Excellent experience, highly recommended!

Easy to order on their website, found everything I needed for my upcoming camping trip, including very reasonably priced bushcraft tools. Pleased with the quality of everything supplied, and their pricing.
My order arrived really quickly, considering I'm on the opposite end of the continent to their location. I will be happy to return if I need anything more.
Highly recommend.

Scam company

Scam company. Ordered a machete to deal with a seriously overgrown garden, sent through my photo ID and then never heard from them again and never received what I paid for. Don't order anything, at least in my case they'll send nothing and then ignore you.

0 stars!!!! Honestly they don't deserve the star I'm giving them, but I have to if I want to leave review.

Company is extremely unhelpful and prejudice. I spoke to a person who was extremely rude and unless you are prepared for an inquisition, don't bother.

They have also show no consideration for people who work night shifts as their policy states you cannot order a blade at night. Absolutely laughable company with terrible policies and even worse customer service.

Also they have absolutely ZERO respect for active or former military service members.

Good old fashioned customer service

Seriously, I think this Company is stuck in a time warp.....IN A GOOD WAY!!

I have just today received my second order from Springfields and despiye not even opening the package I know, with undoubting confidence, that in the unlikely event of any issues they will be all over it with the same exemplary (and genuine) customer care they have shown throughout. I mean, the last time I experienced customer care like this was 'centuries' ago!!

I have dealt with their sales department and customer service department, whether seeking advice about a certain product or redirecting a parcel due to unexpected circumstances my end, their support was second to none.

BushcraftLab engage personably

I returned to BushcraftLab, after my previous great experience, to buy a few more products I need in my collection.
My order arrived super quick, but I wrote back to them because they sent me an extra item.
The email I got back, the next day, was kind and personable. They really did make me feel appreciated as a customer and closed my enquiry with generosity.
I will definitely be visiting and shopping on their website again and trust that any customer engagement will be pleasant.

Literally don’t even bother looking on…

Literally don’t even bother looking on their website. As when you purchase items from there the age verification fails even though I’m over the age of 18 so it’s impossible for the software to fail age verification and since I’ve looked through the reviews and a lot of people have had the same issues where they keep asking you some absolutely BS questions about why you want them. And then say we have refused your purchase and banned you from buying again. Which is absolutely fine, because I don’t want to purchase from them again anyway, but I’m still waiting for my refund. I also purchased the exact same knives on a different website for a cheaper price. So this shocking business does not care about their customers at all; I have also requested they delete a picture of my ID as I don’t want them having it anymore because they don’t need it, and haven’t got a reply for that. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!
