Sprint Property Services Avis

We had our front door converted to a fire safety door. The contractor, Mike, was friendly, polite and professional, respectful. He explained beforehand what he was doing. He did a brilliant job! Thank .

A really professional, helpful and communicative team. The work was on the top townhouse roof and even from the office team answering the phone to the scaffolders they recommended everyone was really polite and also really careful. The neighbours also commented on the care they took doing the work, and it was also completed quickly in the time frame that they provided. I am so impressed and look forward to working with them again, as I'm sure we will have numerous jobs on our victorian terrace! In addition to the work we also had a drone survey of our roof which meant we could take a look at the entire roof and reduce the need for scaffolding again in near future.

First time I have used Sprint for my ceiling that had to be fixed, filled and re painted great job and Ryan and Paul are the dream team. Thank you so much. Here to the other jobs.

They were punctual, polite and professional. First class

I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Rob and his team got the work done quickly, efficiently and to a very high standard. I will continue to use Sprint Property Services for any future work.

Really good work done and very efficient. Rob was in touch with me with regards to colours and designs before he purchased everything. Everything was as promised. I would recommend this company to everyone who needs bathrooms done.

Excellent Builders .Very polite and knowledgeable , work finished to a very high standard . Would highly recommend.

The office manager so professional and helpful, kept me up to date with work until completion. Thank you

Operatives turned up on time and were easily recognisable in their uniforms and sign written van. All work was carried out to a high standard and my house was left clean and tidy each evening. I would definitely not hesitate to use Sprint Property Services again.

Great communication, efficient and clean. Job done well. Would use again, very reliable.

Sprint were great from start to finish. Communication, delivery and standard of the work. I wasn’t able to be during the fairly substantial work, and they had cleaned up like they’d never been here.

Good communication and advice.
Professional

I have dealt with Sprint on a couple of occasions and have the communication to be exceptional. They arrive when expected, carry out works with minimal disruption and leave the area clean and tidy. The office is very efficient and reply to queries quickly.

Rob and his team are extremely knowledgable, professional and easy to deal with. Whether you are a business owner or a direct client, I could not recommend sprint enough. The uniforms made the difference for me, as I knew I was in capable and professional hands.

2 operatives from Sprint, (Terry and Tony), came yesterday, (2nd Dec 2022), principally to repair a small number of small bulges in our living room ceiling, and then re-paint that ceiling.
Whole job done in 3 hours. Excellent job. Nice blokes. They cleaned up the room afterwards. No complaints. Every praise.

We used Sprint property services as Dan’s company was highly recommended to us, on account of Dan being incredibly hard working and excellent at what he does.

From day one Sprint has been diligent in their quotations and with listening to our plans and what we wanted. They’ve been incredibly understanding and come up with both a plan B and C when our suppliers were giving us trouble with deliveries. They even spoke to another tradesman we were using (for our specialist worktop) for us, to relay what needed to be done. Needless to say in the future, for our garage conversation and bathrooms, we’ll be ordering materials through Sprint directly to save the hours I spent on the phone to suppliers.

Dan has lived up to and exceeded the recommendations we had: he’s been respectful and tidy, has given us his professional opinion on our fairly naive ideas, has suggested things like our brickwork floor (which looks incredible - we’d never have thought of it), has been incredibly hard working and been so eager to please. He’s a tradesman who genuinely cares that the client is happy with his work. We’ve had so many compliments on our gorgeous kitchen since. We're so incredibly happy with the service we received from the entirety of the Sprint team that came to our property.

We will not be using any other property services company for the remainder of our renovations. Myself and my fiancé wholeheartedly recommend this company.

I met up with Rob at site who explained me very well the work needs doing, how long will it take and when they will start?
I was very impressed as they started work as promised and completed the job in promised time. Work done was also to my total satisfaction, without any fuss. Previous tenant had left place in total mess and after sprint had finished it was back to immaculate condition. Strongly recommend and yes will use their services in future.

Work was carried out in a polite manner. No complaints. A job well done

I would highly recommend Sprint. Rob, Dan and his team were hard working, friendly and tidy workers. I was given an exact start and finish date which , apart from one day, they kept to. The work was of a high standard with discussion along the way if anything needed to be altered . This is the second time i have used Sprint and they gave a very competitive price too .
