We visited Laura's yoga studio in…
We visited Laura's yoga studio in Bracklesham bay on a sunny Saturday morning as part of a hen do. Laura was responsive during booking, immediately welcoming and the session was a lovely slow relaxed flow to fit everyone's yoga abilities. Her studio is gorgeous, relaxed and we didn't have to take our own mats. The price was fair and the experience was just lush. Thanks for having us Laura.

I have tried the beautiful room spray and mat spray and both are gorgeous> I love the packaging and the ethos behind the natural products and environmentally friendly packaging. I also have the eye pillow/ cushion which smells divine and is really light which I find really helpful for relaxation. 10 / 10 I would highly recommend these products

A wonderful night's sleep!
The sleep spray has really helped me to achieve a restful night's sleep. The scent is so beautiful and really lasts on your pillow, it creates a relaxing and calming atmosphere and it really works!

I love the range of atmosphere mists from Spritz Wellness! I use them all the time in my home! I also recently bought some of the new soap bars, and they make my skin feel great plus the added bonus of not using a plastic bottle!
