I was having trouble in March sourcing large Heritage pots for my garden, as I was planning a make over. Sproutl had what I needed and I received my order promptly. The pots were so well packaged that it was unlikely that any damage would occur during transfer. My order was perfect. One pot was found to have a manufacturing fault on the bottom. I contacted the Customer Service Team and they came back to my immediately to ask me what I wanted do. They were so helpful and even showed great interest in my project! We agreed an acceptable solution and they are also going to inform me when different pots arrive for my consideration. For a new company starting out, I was really impressed by my experiences start to finish. I will be using Sproutl again and would recommend them to others. Well done to the Sproutl team

Ordered plants on a tuesday, arrived on the thursday, really well packaged and great product. Couldn't find these anywhere so thrilled to be able to get them sent, and so much easier than going around looking for them.

Absolutely love my Salvias which I purchased at the end of the summer on the back of their recommendation of autumn colour which has not disappointed. The plants arrived quickly and were packaged well so arrived completely ready to plant or water and leave as they are. I ordered the box of 4 Salvia plants as I was looking to add some late summer colour to my garden. The website was easy to use and the plants came really quickly and were in great condition. They instantly brightened up my garden. I really liked the email they sent telling me where and how to plant the Salvias and how to look after them. A really helpful touch from a business that really seems to care.

My garden now has added colour. My plants arrived on Friday (I had worried they might be travelling over the week end - but somebody had thought of that) they were healthy, well watered and raring to go. Sprout is a go to site for any gardener - I’ll definitely be back!

Ordered my plants, they arrived quickly, safely and boxed well.

Came across this site and thought I'd give it a go. It looks great albeit that it seems to be just starting. My very first order arrived safely and the plants were great. Now I'm impatient for the site to expand its offering - it needs a broader range of products.
