Records everything it says it will, and the remote screenshot viewing is very convenient. Antivirus complained a little but that was sorted quickly.

SpyAgent was quickly installed for me by SpyTech and now I can monitor my daughter’s online activity when I’m not around to keep an eye out. A godsend!

I only wish it worked on mobiles as well!

Placed an online order with Spytech. Attempted to pay with PayPal twice. Customer support at their payment processor (PayPro) explained order was "delayed" because I had supposedly bought and returned a product of theirs about a year ago. Tried again with a credit card. Same thing. Bottom line, Spytech acquired PII on their website and processed payment without disclosing that they delay or decline orders based on a past return. I have never encountered nonsense like this in my life.

Referred matter to my attorney and we will file suit in my home state as well as attempt to engage the AGs in Minnesota (Spytech) and New York (PayPro's U.S. satellite location).

The software(Spy Agent) just simple didn't work. I have been chasing them for over a month several emails asking them poiltely, please do give me a refund. They were quick to respond before i purchase the software, for any queries naturally to secure the sale. And then when i installed and spent several hours trying to configure, and i been in the IT industry over 20 years. I soon discovered, the software is terrible and simply doesnt work or deliver or live upto its claims, which leads me to beleive the reviews are fake and there is no way these guys are the best, because if they are what does the worst look like.

Long story short, typical scam - take your money they when you realise you were duped and bought a dud, you try and politely get a refund and they dont respond, like the other reviews below this.

They are conmen and scam artist, avoid like the plague - they will steal your money, they did mine a countless other people.

This is a terrible choice for spyware. I needed to monitor a suicidal and handicapped relative on a computer in my own home and found the software did not work after several discreet reinstalls. After 5 days I began requesting a refund and was told no 5 times due to them wanting to be able to help me install it which would have exposed the tool I was hoping to install discreetly. After 10 days of asking for a refund and answering their questions I was told I would not receive a refund due to being outside the 15 day window for refunds. Scam. Totally.

UPDATE- The owner of Spytech Software replied to my previous critical post and graciously offered a refund. Apparently during the process of troubleshooting the software, I was unknowingly redirected to another website which created confusion on my part. Regardless, I was not able to run the software but am satisfied with the outcome and the return of the funds. Thank you.

I have worked in computers and server management for about 20yrs, I purchased (recommended by their sales team to buy it for a network instead of test version)to monitor engineers and sales persons in the field. The software did not work well and did not report accurately for work times and other items, notified users about tips even though it was in stealth mode. The chat board support is lacking and english is not their primary language. The keep recommending child level check or uncheck the install boxes for ten days. Refunds are not offered for quickly dissatisfied customers.I recommend going elsewhere!
