Don't fall for this one like I did. The website looks convincing as a UK based independent business with an authentic sounding owner bio. I placed an order that needing amending so I requested a refund so I could order again. I received an email saying that would be fine. Then no refund appeared. And now I have been ghosted. No further communication, no order, no money back. Luckily I paid on Amex so am currently going through the dispute process to get my money back. It's a scam

Well, shame on me! Squishy Verse is terrible. When an Advent calendar was ordered it arrived less than 10 days before Christmas thus it defeated the purpose of having an Advent calendar. I contacted them multiple times and asked for refund but they just send a generic email every time not addressing my question. Since I’m clearly stuck with the product let me tell you that I could have produced a better product in my own kitchen. Do NOT purchase!

I ordered from the website on 25th November, without having seen the reviews here. After a week without an update, I looked online and saw all the reviews here and panicked. I contacted the company, who replied within hours to say my order was in production.

My order arrived this morning and is really lovely. The slimes look and smell great, and the cute added extras in the box and the way the order is packed will make for a nice unboxing experience for my daughter.

The website does advise that production and delivery can take some time, so please bear this in mind and order in plenty of time. I’d be confident to order from here again.

I would give 0 of I could. Ordered in August 2025 and paid. No product has been dispatched or delivered, I contacted the company several times. Somebody got back to me once extremely apologetically and promising to rectify,but nothing has happened. My payment has never been refunded.

Made an order first week in October I've been completely egnored by them , I've used them 3 times before and had no issues so this was really disappointing, they're nothing but thieves, took my money and gave me nothing in return , they shouldn't be allowed to keep selling , awful company , no customer service, no responses , nothing !! Please don't use them , they're wasting your time and will just steal from you

Ordered 3 slimes at the beginning of August - no delivery or no response to any emails when chasing. Pretty disappointing from a company that’s one of the first to come up on a Google search. My daughter wanted to order from a seller in America and I encouraged her to order here as they was one of the top on Google and she would get it quicker/cheaper.

No slimes turned up in there delivery time . No response from them when emailing them . No response when email sent to request a refund. Had to get my bank to intervene . Now have a granddaughter that is disappointed not to be receiving these for xmas.

After 2 months no slime arrived. I emailed several times and got no response. Eventually I emailed saying I was going to take legal action and got a refund that same day.

Ordered 14 days ago, have emailed twice and had no reply. Waiting until the 16th day as it says it can take 1-16 days but so unbelievably disappointed I haven't even had an email back. Was really excited about finding this site and I'll never order again. Not sure what I'm going to do if it doesn't turn up, how to get a refund when I can't get in touch with anyone. Really bad.

I ordered in August, several emails to customer services but they never shipped. They are a scamming website and i’m filing a charge back with my bank

Definitely a scam, someone needs to shut this site down. saying the slime is made by a child with adhd is playing on peoples emotions, so wrong.

I ordered some slime from this company on 21st September and received an email saying they would notify me on despatch. I have heard nothing from them despite having emailed them 3 times. Assuming that they are unable to deliver my order I have asked for a refund. Once again, no response. Don’t waste your money.

Do not order anything from this company, if you want to receive your order. I ordered in May for international shipping outside the UK. Since then, I have sent three messages and none have been answered, and no slime arrived even though I received a shipping notice in June, of course without a tracking number. I probably paid for nothing, I want my money back, absolute 💩💩

Order placed in May, never received any communication or updates after the initial order confirmation. No response to emails. Total scam.

Update. Slimes did arrive and they are good quality. Based on slime quality I would give 5 star. Company do however need to be more transparent about delivery times

Terrible company. Wish I had read reviews before ordering slime for my daughter’s birthday. I have emailed countless times, only one response a month after the order was placed saying my order was in production. Still have not received item, have asked several times for a refund and no response

I don’t recommend. Placed an order in june, emailed twice no response. Received an email in july saying my order was dispatched, still no order or response from the company. I was going to leave it until I read the reviews of other people experiencing the same as myself so I disputed it with my bank.

Ordered a slime on the 7th July and got an email it was shipped on the 19th. Still to this day have not received my slime, I have tried emailing to literally no response. I was going to let it be until I read other reviews on here of most the time people not receiving slimes, so I disputed it with my bank. Got my money back. Don’t order from here. If I had read the reviews I wouldn’t have ordered..

Ordered back in April weeks before my daughter's birthday.
Slime never arrived and we're in August.
I have emailed countless times, demanding g a refund or simply the slime itself. Still no response.
I got an email on the 3rd June, stating my order had been shipped. Which it hadn't as we never received it. I am extremely disappointed and have basically been robbed for money.
I'm still trying to seek a refund but it's practically impossible when you can't get hold of them.
I had purchased well over £30 worth of slime.
Do not bother ordering from here!
