WE BOUGHT 150 POUNDS OF ITEMS 6 MONTHS AGO AND TILL THIS DAY NO PRODUCT FILTHY SCMMERS NEVER BUY.

Bought 2 slimes on the 3rd march , it’s now 7th july and i still haven’t received them. i have emailed 4 times and no reply.

I ordered two pots of slime for my children on the 7th of may and received on the 4th June. I emailed twice the first time I got a reply with a “sorry it’s taken so long we will rush your order” second time no reply.
The slimes that arrived were not very stretchy they just snapped. The children were very disappointed.

Waited a month for my order. No communication from company, i sent numerous emails. Slimes never even got dispatched. In the end I had to refund through my bank. Avoid at all costs!!!!

The slimes do come!

I ordered my slimes on the 18th of April, and I have just received them today (31st may). They will take a long time to arrive, but do arrive in the end. I messaged the owner on the 18th of may and she responded same day ensuring it would be sent off asap. When I emailed again about tracking I didn’t receive a response so I understand why people may be concerned when ordering given the long wait periods but it will arrive in the end! You just have to be patient. The slimes are lovely and I’m really happy with them! The only problem is the super long wait periods, but I understand it can be hard running a business.

Ordered nearly 2 weeks ago and still not received it. No reply to the 4 emails I’ve sent them as well. No contact number on website. Will need to report them !

This website has been taking money and not delivering kids there toys for years, it's not even funny. Its heartless. If I don't get my slime prompt Im notifying trading standards and my bank. Too many times I don't bother chasing dishonest traders but this one hits a nerve.

Not sure if this shop is owned by a child, or just someone who cannot run it successfully.
Currently trying to cancel and order made back in March, I've had no responses to my emails. Hoping I can get my money back!

I ordered in February around valentines day and my package came about 2 months later in April. The slime is amazing and smells divine! We did contact the owner between those 2 months for updates and the day after we had a response which was very apologetic. Came with free activator, sweets and stickers. I love the slime but I don't think I'll be ordering again as the wait time is just too long.

I ordered on 12th of March, taking advantage of a very generous sale. Website states a 1-9 day preparation time before shipment. It has been 26 days since I ordered and today (7th April) I received a shipment notice. However, there is no tracking information. I'm skeptical since many people are saying they were notified of shipment but still didn't receive it.

I reached out to Alyson on 27th of March and heard back 2 days later. She was very apologetic and told me she would ship in the next couple of days with priority postage to make up for it.

I will try to come back to update if I receive my package.

Best slime ever so five stars! Ordered a bunch in February during the sale and arrived last week so definitely a while to arrive but I am so happy with my order and would say it's worth the wait. The scents are the best I've had and the cloud cream textures are so soft and fun to play with so I will say it's very worth it. I was initially anxious about my order arriving in time before my move but I found them very helpful and kind. I will try the other textures they have and leave another review in future with my thoughts.

I wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered. Ordered in January, but nothing was ever sent, and emails were never responded to. I had to go through my bank to get my money back.

My daughters love these slimes and happy I found this shop. Great customer service and got to know the lovely young lady who owns the shop and works hard with learning disabilities. There’s a lovely story behind them and I’m happy to support but definitely can’t please everyone. People need to be more patient these days, don’t order if you’re not willing to wait because it’s not next day but overall great service and slimes are the best.

Good slime but it took so long to be delivered, smells amazing and slime came perfectly but be careful with ordering if you want it fast. Would recommend if you don’t mind waiting. The slimes are so worth the wait ! :)

If I could rate this 0 stars I would!! I placed an £36 order on 9th February, still haven’t received anything (17th March)!! The communication from ‘Alyson’ was shocking. I emailed a few times about my order and asking for a refund, I had 1 reply saying that it will be shipped soon and that she is ‘busy’ blah blah etc!!
A few weeks went on and I emailed back asking for an update on my order or a refund back. No response. I was then thinking this was a scam which it is! Having read the reviews on here I wouldn’t have purchased. Finally, after emailing and threatening with trading standards, police and FCA I got an email straight back within the hour and got my refund. I am totally upset and angry that people get away with this!!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY !!!!!

Worth the wait!! Took some time to arrive but kids haven’t stopped playing with them since they’ve arrived days ago. Proper good artisan stuff too not shop bought quality. The house smells like yummy desserts and the stuff is great so happy mum and happy kids, worth the wait!! We will be ordering more for sure xxx

My daughter made an order on 11th January, using some of her birthday money she recieved. We are still waiting on the slime arriving, it's now feb 21st! Despite e mailing the company we have had no correspondence back. Spend your money elsewhere people on a reliable company!

14.02.25 *update from yesterday* Business owner finally made contact yesterday with a lengthy email and to give credit, apologised after my email to them threatening Trading Standards. Slimes then despatched same day with full tracking. Arrived this morning. Well packaged with activator and everything accounted for so thank you for that.

Would I buy again? The slimes are just what my daughter wants, however, the initial lack of communication to my emails resulting in me having to consider reporting the business has really put me off. If I see that others here are having their orders completed as paid for then maybe - just not until I see that. Its a lot of money for a child to be out of pocket and slimes are as popular as ever.

To give credit, I also have a follow up email from the seller now. Its something the seller can turn around with effort and I hope she does because its hard to find items like this that are different.

13.02.25. Despite repeated attempts to contact regarding the whereabouts of my order, I still haven't even had the courtesy of a reply and then I land here and see the others they appear to have scammed and stolen from. There are far too many of these sham companies set up and it is about time they were tackled.

Absolutely shocking "business". My daughters order was placed on the 19th January.

If I don't have a reply with full tracking OR a FULL refund by the end of today
then I am taking it to Trading Standards, social media and I will report to Companies House for running a fraudulent business. Theft is theft and a business that is aimed at children and knowingly takes their money is the lowest of the low quite frankly.

I suggest you search on Companies House for them. The directors details are all there, plus their accounts. You can report a fraudulent business via the government website. It is also worth making a complaint to their bank.

I would also suggest posting on local groups in her area if you have no reply. That is what I shall be doing if my daughters order either a). doesn't arrive or b). They don't refund the money they took.

If I get an update from them I will absolutely come back here to fairly advise the response and the outcome. If not, then I intend to have them closed down no matter how long it takes.

Wish I had found the reviews first. I won't make that mistake again.

Ordered some beautiful slimes for my daughters for their birthday, can't wait to gift them. Really lovely company, the only thing I would say is that it has a long lead time of 2-4 weeks but I don't mind waiting since the quality is amazing and their handmade. I highly recommend and will be returning in future. Thank you!
