Lovely new door!
SRJ did a great job, everything ran to schedule and our new door and side panels look fab and are very high quality. The fitters were polite, tidy and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend SRJ, from start to finish it was a great experience.

Professional from start to finish
Professional from start to finish.
We had a new door fitted on 5th December. From the initial call to sales adviser to fitting - all staff were friendly and professional.
The sales adviser talked us through our options in detail and made sure we got exactly the door we wanted. The surveyor was thorough in his checking of the measurements and advised of what would happen on the day and how the finished product would look.
The team at SRJ kept us up to date on all of the progress. They were clear and transparent on the pricing also.
On the day of fitting. The fitters arrived on time. They left the place spotless afterwards and advised on the aftercare of the door too.
Would highly recommend SRJ.

New front door installed by SRJ
Having had our windows, then a french door installed by SRJ Windows over a 26 year period, we decided to have a new front door fitted by them. From the staff in the showroom all the way through to fitting, they were friendly and very helpful, great customer service. The installation of the door went smoothly and it looks wonderful, we are very happy with it.

My experience with SRJ windows was no stress very relaxed the job went as expected the 2 technicians were absolutely amazing to help and advice you the windows I got fitted were aucustic glass and it has made a big difference in nose level as I stay o the A71 Michael and Steve were fantastic the cleaned up and treated my house as if it were there on and I got great value for my money I would highly recommend SRJ windows and I would not hesitate to have them back

Quality product and really nice, helpful people
I have used SRJ WINDOWS before and have no hesitation in recommending them. From first contact through to completion communication is excellent and timely. The quality of the product ( composite door) and the fitting and finishing is again excellent.

First Class From Start To Finish
Excellent from start to finish. On the day of fitting you would not have known anyone had been in the house fitting new windows, place was immaculate. Any snagging issues were resolved quickly. Customer service was excellent, constantly contacted and kept informed.
