Great with time keeping, phoned or arrived when they said they would.
The fitting team were professional, experienced and tidy.
Everyone we dealt with were friendly and approachable.

The service given by SRJ was excellent.
From quotation, survey, installation and after sales everything was done professionally.
The installation was arranged to suit us. We were told who the installers would be before they arrived as they were employees of the company, not sub contractors.
The installers really good and when they had to fit the facings around any existing units they consulted with us how we wished the finish to look they also ensured that everything was tidy at the end of each day and once the work was complete demonstrated how the windows and doors worked and made sure we were happy with the products and the installation.
After sales then contacted us to ensure we were happy and only then did we get the invoice for the work.

I would say they where very friendly to talk to and i was told what and where they were starting the job . I made sure they were welcome in to my home to . I would tell people about the company.

Got french doors fitted this time, already had SRJ fit my doors. Top quality products well worth the money. Great service from start to finish, took bit longer than I thought from initial sales appointment to getting doors fitted but only because needed a building warrant and usual area council not in any hurry. Would definately highly recommend the company for quality and expertise.

I am extremely happy with my SRJ Composite Front Door as it looks stunning, the range of colours available was unique as most are just standard colours so I got my favourite colour. There was a very good choice of options in both styles of door and Glass Design. On the Day My Front Door was Installed perfectly, the installers were both very tidy and it was all done in a short time. I would highly recommend SRJ Windows & Doors & will definitely use them again when my current Windows and Patio Doors need replacing.

Received updates and support throughout the whole process of my window to patio door installation. We were talked through the whole process and pricing options so could make informed decisions. A schedule provided of when works would be undertaken and works kept to that with no delays. Very professional and would definitely use this company again.

Every part of the service, quality of products, and standard of installation from SRJ Windows was superb and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
The staff in their showroom are helpful and knowlegeable and, importantly for us, didn't pressurise us into making a decision. We chose replacement windows and a new front door and the team that installed them were brilliant tradesmen, with great attention to detail and left everything imaculately tidy.

Windows look great. Work was done on time and to a high quality. Cleaned up after themselves. There was a little bit of damage to the external wall, they fixed it quickly. Recommend

SRJ were great. We had to reschedule at short notice due to council works outside and they were very accommodating.
On the day of the eventual install, the team were awesome. They did all they could given the lack of space and also altered their plans slightly to work around my cats. Very friendly and professional. Will happily recommend the SRJ team to friends in future!
