This is the second time I have ordered a stair runner, the runner is great again and nice a thick. Perfect size and well blinded. My only complaint is the courier service, I was advised it would be delivered Tuesday, the courier came on Monday so I wasn’t in. I rearranged for the Tuesday and waited most of the day as the tracking shown out for delivery which then change to back at depot. I called them and was told that wouldn’t be delivered as no one to deliver in my area. I then had to wait the next day.

SRS Rugs is simply a first class company, Royal Mail had messed up my delivery fortunately SRS Rugs chased this up and having done everything they could sent me a replacement which was delivered in an amazing two days , it is so refreshing to come across a fab company with fab customer service and one more thing the rug I ordered was above expectations ! quality was fab, great value for your money and it looks great and fits perfect in my hallway, as you may tell I am very happy and will definitely be buying more rugs from SRS Rugs.
