SRS Rugs is simply a first class company, Royal Mail had messed up my delivery fortunately SRS Rugs chased this up and having done everything they could sent me a replacement which was delivered in an amazing two days , it is so refreshing to come across a fab company with fab customer service and one more thing the rug I ordered was above expectations ! quality was fab, great value for your money and it looks great and fits perfect in my hallway, as you may tell I am very happy and will definitely be buying more rugs from SRS Rugs.

I asked if a size not on the website…
I asked if a size not on the website was an available on a Sunday afternoon , not expecting a response. Not only did I get a response out of hours on a Sunday, the company confirmed availability and processed my purchase that day.
This was a second purchase as I was so pleased with the carpets that arrived yesterday. First class service and quality. I can thoroughly recommend.

Very poor service £95. tartan rug supposed to be delivered 10th sept made multiple request to seller with no response .Now contacted Amazon who are investigating.Spoke with SRS this morning they are basically calling me a liar.To SRS REPLY NO ATTEMPT WAS MADE ON DELIVERY YESTERDAY AS CCTV WILL CONFIRM DRIVER STOPPED VAN IN ROAD DID NOT COME OUT TOOK PHOTO FROM ROADSIDE 15 FEET AWAY AND DROVE OFF AND THIS JOKER OF A SELLER IS TAKING THERE SIDE VERY ARROGANT SELLER.PLEASE REMEMBER READERS THIS RUG SHOULD HAVE BEEN DELIVERED ON 10 SEPTEMBER NOT 6 DAYS LATER.

To add context to this review. We always reply to emails from customers, however this buyer had made the first of their three quick fire messages at 15 Sept 2025 18:19 then 15 Sept 2025 20:45 and then 16 Sept 2025 01:35. These were all made after business opening hours, and would not have received a reply until the business opened again this morning. We provided a photo the driver took of them at their address, after the buyer claimed they were not. As the buyer wants a refund, we have asked the courier for a RTS on the parcel and we will refund the order once we have confirmation that the RTS request has been activated.
