⭐ 1 Star – Misleading and Unethical Marketing
I received a letter from this company that was designed to look like an official government notice from Companies House. The layout, wording, and tone were clearly intended to create urgency and confusion.
Only after reading the small print did I realise this is a private company trying to sell a service that can be done directly with Companies House for £13.
This kind of marketing is misleading and preys on people who may not understand the process, especially small business owners or elderly recipients. It feels intentionally deceptive.
I would not trust a company that relies on tactics like this. Be very careful before using them and always check the official government website first
