Green Tea is Tasteless

My wife had a green tea, despite soaking for almost 10 minutes it remained virtually tasteless dross. For over £3 is was robbery. The tag said it was made from empowers clouds and mist, at least that description was accurate! I gad the usual tarry syrup sold as black coffee. How this place gas continued to be countrywide is beyond me. Avoid.

Their refund system is appalling, I've paid twice

Their refund system is appalling. I spent £10.65 on a coffee and a sandwich and when I paid, their system broke, but my Monzo notified me I'd paid HOWEVER Starbucks insisted I pay a SECOND time to get my order. Starbucks claim I'll be refunded in 3-5 days, so I'm now down £10.65 to a multinational for up to a week, 4 days later and I'm still waiting, so if it fails to auto-refund I'll have to return to Starbucks to argue my case, adding unnecessary workload to my already busy schedule.

Bought the new Toffee Apple Muffin..Clearly states it has a sweet apple FILLING. Oh no its a tiny tiny drop under the custard blob on the top. For the price you pay this is false advertising.

This is what sums up why at least seventy percent of Americans are pre diabetic

Starbucks is a perfect example of what’s wrong with the American food industry — and why health-conscious people like myself avoid American-run chains altogether.

Take something as simple as matcha. It’s meant to be a clean, antioxidant-rich drink rooted in centuries of Japanese tradition. Yet Starbucks turns it into a sugar-laden imitation. Compare that to brands like Hotel Chocolat, Pret, Smatcha, or JENKI — all of which use premium ceremonial-grade matcha. What do they have in common? None of them are American. That’s not a coincidence — it’s a pattern.

And matcha is just the tip of the iceberg.

Before you eat or drink anything from Starbucks, do yourself a favour: check the ingredients. You’ll find sugar syrup in nearly everything. In the U.S., it’s often corn syrup — even worse. If you want to join the 70% of Americans who are prediabetic, Starbucks is a reliable contributor. Sure, soft drinks like Coke play a role, but Starbucks wraps its sugar in a “wellness” disguise. It’s all about profit — even if it comes at the cost of long-term health.

We need to be more discerning about what we put in our bodies. With so many better options out there, why would I ever choose Starbucks?

Do me a favour Starbucks and close down. We have enough of western diet causing health issues like your McDonald’s, KFCs, Burger King, Wendy,s, Shake shack. McDonald’s is my worse because they also attract kids with their child meals with toys.

Wakefield Starbucks the person doing the job was overly I am not satisfied with my experience he is rude and and gave me the wrong drink because I accidentally laughed and he said he’s funny lucky witch is innapropriate when you are working a shift !!!!!

Paid was refused my drink

Ordered on the app as usual I do this a few times a week and usually everything is fine ordered at a different shop as was out shopping ( Ravenhead retail park St Helens ) went the drive through said I hah ordered gave my name yes drive to the window I was told got to the window was told yours is the vanilla frappe and caramel frappe no just the caramel well this made their heads fall off bless them as they couldn’t seem to understand I’d only ordered one drink poor souls after being treated like a fool or a thief having proved that I’d indeed paid and it was definitely that branch they still couldn’t get their poor little empty heads round that a customer had ordered a drink now if they was how I was treated by one of your little sweethearts that would be a little annoying but as it was one after another of your staff being clueless 4 in total and the weather awful (storm Amy was quite a treat ) and me having open and close my car window getting soaked popping my head through window and my arm when I was foolish to think I was getting my drink my car soaked rain water flooding in by the time the fourth came to the window with so a lovely attitude so warm and greeting (not ) I said I’m not going to prove I’ve paid or that this is the shop again or opening the window anymore refund me can’t do that one said the lovely 4 th person snarled I just to see which drink it is I said of of you has had the drink their flaming hands for over 5 mins as I could feel myself getting annoyed and didn’t really want to start shouting or swearing at your very young staff

I bought a coffee in the Starbucks at…

I bought a coffee in the Starbucks at Clapham Junction station on platform 13 - however every single sugar sachet was stuck together and congealed - when I asked Lubna the coffee maker for sugar she just told me that this was all they had - I would Please like you to reimburse me for the money I spent on the coffee or send me a credit note - I think to use this sugar would go against health and safety - I spent good money on a coffee that couldn't be drunk - this is not good at all

Avoid Dumfries Starbucks

Avoid Dumfries Starbucks. You park in a litter strewn shared car park with a run down Travelodge. On entry the floor was filthy, as were the toilets. The staff were completely disinterested and barely acknowledged me through the whole purchase experience. Appalling.

I had such a lovely experience at the…

I had such a lovely experience at the Starbucks in Paternoster Square thanks to Meena and Nipa. They were both so warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming — it really brightened my day. Even though the café was busy, they handled everything with a smile and made sure my order was just right. It’s the little touches, like their kindness and attention, that make all the difference. Huge thanks to them for turning a quick coffee stop into such a positive experience!

One star is too many

One star is too many. Reminded why i avoid starbucks after visiting Long Sutton branch for breakfast. Staff totally uncommunicative, with each other or with customers. Coffee passable but breakfast bun awful! Describef as having bacon, scrambled egg, cheese and tomato. Totally tasteless, bun stale and dry, and filling just a pulverised mash. And cost of over £18 for 2 buns and coffee. Last visit for sure.

Great coffee treat at Lincoln High…

Great coffee treat at Lincoln High Street Starbucks, Americano venti with steamed oat milk. Also purchased a bag of Expresso beans that they ground for me, ready to use at home. Very friendly, polite and patient staff. Thank you 😊
Btw kudos to Starbucks for not charging extra for non dairy, thanks for caring about those with intolerances 👍

Terrible experience, coffee with off milk

Terrible experience at Starbucks at Sheffield Railway Station. There was only one person before me but because the staff members were busy talking the service was really slow. When my coffee arrived, the barista could see I was trying to reach for a lid which was in a stand facing away from me and hard to reach. So I struggled whilst being watched. The worst thing was that when I got on my train with the coffee, it was vile and tasted like the milk was off. £4.35 wasted on an undrinkable americano. Never again

I never cared for Starbucks, but a business associate suggested we meet at the Altens branch near Aberdeen. Big mistake. The place was filthy—tables and chairs scattered everywhere, staff completely disengaged, and the coffee? Cold, weak, tasteless, and overpriced. An utter joke. This isn’t a café, it’s a waste of space. Starbucks, you’re done for me—forever. Go bust.

Parking fine for being couple of mins…

Parking fine for being couple of mins over allocated time despite evidence of purchases and cctv evidencing sat outside eating/drinking. Yet students? constantly allowed to sit in cafe for hours on end with laptops seemingly with one drink to last duration preventing other customers finding a seat
