I'm still waiting for Deepak to call me regarding a specific watch we agreed to put on side ...I have been waiting since November ! I only bought a dozen watches there maybe wasn't enough for them to be bothered to contact their customers....also had a problem with a Bausele watch jumping the time, returned came back 6 weeks later apparently nothing wrong.
