Starbuy Avis

Quality of stock, selection, prices, ordering, shipping and any after sales contact, all first class. Proprietor is very approachable and responsive. The best online horology experience in Australia with the added bonus that you can actually go and visit them in Sydney.

I have ordered a few watches from starbuy after my brother recommended them and each one has been flawless from ordering to delivery I can’t actually think of another online watch shop that has this level of haste. 5/5 all day long.

This was my first experience with Starbuy, I had never heard of them before. The watch range is really good and the price for my citizen was the lowest, also they had the dial colour I wanted. Shipping was very quick and they also registered my watch with citizen! Excellent service.

Great product at a fantastic price. Starbuy were super efficient with despatch and had my new watch at my door within a few days.

Very easy to purchase. Express shipping came within days

The service was wonderful and friendly. My watch is beautiful and it tells the time even more so.
This model might seem a little bulky for some but wears so well on my fairly narrow wrist.
While it’s a quartz movement and accuracy is expected, my watch hasn’t deviated more than a second from perfect atomic time since I first set it weeks ago, which is impressive. Citizen delivers.
Pricing is always reasonable through Starbuy, I only purchase my watches through them.

The service is always exceptional. Olivia and the team always make you feel welcome. This is why my collection is majority from StarBuy.

Easy process, great communication, quick delivery. Everything went very smoothly. Couldn't be happier with the purchase of my new watch.

Shipping was super quick. Service and responsiveness is excellent. I’ve bought a few watches now from Starbuy and really enjoy the experience every time.

STARBUY was Amazing. Amazing FLASH sale, website was easy to use with detail, easy to order, transparent processing updates, and very swift delivery. I love my watch - I WILL buy from STARBUY again.

I have been purchasing watches from Starbuy for a number of years (little obsessed with watches) and have always had a fantastic experience with the purchase and delivery experience.

Recently I had a issue with a watch I had purchased and needed to arrange a repair, I could not have been more impressed with how the team at Starbuy supported this process. Great communication. Timely actioning on the repair and overall a simple process to get the watch back on my wrist.

I’m very happy with this Citizen dive watch. The build quality is excellent, and it feels solid and durable on the wrist. The design is stylish yet practical, with a clear and easy-to-read dial. The watch keeps accurate time, and the water resistance gives me confidence for swimming and everyday use. Overall, it offers great value for money and exceeds my expectations. Highly recommended!

Starbuy is a great place to buy a variety of great timepieces! The staff are friendly and super helpful... the selection of brands and styles of watches is more than enough to excite any watch enthusiast. Whether buying a new watch to add to the collection, an everyday watch for yourself or a loved one, Starbuy is the first place in Sydney you should go for a great deal and overall great experience!
