Smooth renting of a lock-up
I found a lock-up to rent within a mile of my new apartment, which surpassed my expectations! The connection with the host went well, as did the rest of the admin such as the monthly payments.

Disastrous Experience
Your host did not turn up with the fob so I could not access the parking space. Also his phone number was barred so I could not discuss arrangements with him. The chat line was purely automatic and did not give replies to my messages. I was told by the Concierge at Fraser Place that it was illegal for an individual to sell this parking space. There was no indication on the Stashbee website of a telephone number which I could call and the Reception staff at the hotel, who also tried the host's number with no success, declared that the whole thing looked like a scam. If it were possible to give you zero points that is what I would do. I want my money refunded.

Your Host has had successful bookings in the past, but unfortunately, there was an issue with the fob due to the previous Renter not returning it in time. We understand how frustrating this must have been.

Great service, they have padlocks for sale if you need them or forget yours. The unit is clean and tidy with ample parking and the site is easy to access out of hours
