Very convenient
Very convenient. I first tried to book a space which was labelled as confirmed by the host, but was then cancelled a few hours later which was very frustrating, but I was automatically sent £20 credit which pretty much covered an alternative parking spot, that whilst not as convenient, still worked out for me. Customer services responded very fast. If I could recommend one thing that I prefer about competing parking companies it would be that having a Stashbee app would have been so useful and it would have been alot more convenient than having to find the website and log in etc.. But it is not that big of a deal, just a suggestion! :) Would use again!

They will not do checks to see if the host actually owns the parking spot or garage, so hosts can and will tell you to park somewhere pretending to have ownership and just get you parking tickets.
Bit ridiculous to not do these simple checks

Good website
Good website, easy to use, however no customer service phone number, so you have to go through a timely generic email process to communicate. Considering they take quite a chunk out of the rent, I consider this poor customer service.
Thanks for your reply, however I do not agree a ticketing system and email is more a efficient, it is long winded, and can take days/weeks of exchange to reach a conclusion, many give up as they don't have time. It may be good for the company as it helps keep staff cost down, however I do not see a reflection of that in the charges. A simple phone call where you can exchange instantly live in Realtime only takes minutes.

We switched to handling all customer issues primarily using the ticketing system and email to ensure we can efficiently and quickly handle customer issues with a very limited team size. We endeavour to respond to all tickets and emails within one working day.
Our ticketing system and email communication also allow us to keep a detailed record of all customer interactions and provide a more efficient system with a very limited customer service team size.

Generally a positive experience. Issues were with other users refusing to state what they wanted to store etc. The percentage taken in fees is quite high.

Ok but...
So far so good but before signing the "system" has detected that the seller has sent his personal details to me.
The "system" sent to me a very agressive email that in substance was threat if I am passing over the platform
I found the process ridiculous, talk to the seller in private but why bother a prospect.
Except from that all good.

What is the point?
I have enquired on here several times about Garages and contacted the owners on the Stashbee messaging service.You never recieve a reply so I find the whole system pointless
