I bought the hoodie zipper is a PITA
I bought the hoodie. The cashmere itself is lovely and not thin. I am, however, not happy with the two-way zipper. It does not go together easily and is hard to slide. The pulls on the zipper look sturdy but the attachment points wiggle around so they pull lopsided. I should return it but I like the rest of it.

We’ve taken this into consideration in our manufacturing process and will be removing the two-way zipper, as we found it can feel bulky and difficult to slide. All of our new pieces are now being produced with a streamlined one-way zipper that has a smoother glide, a more subtle finish, and sturdier attachment points. We’ll also be making additional quality checks to ensure ease of use moving forward.

I ordered the wrong size sweater. This company was very good about arranging a swap for the right size. My friend was thrilled with the medium and wore it that very evening to her 48th Anniversary dinner.

The Throw is amazing
The Throw is amazing. My son bought three for gifts and I purchased one for a gift. It is expensive and I do believe that everyone should wait until it goes on sale. the sale price is usually $180 and it's rarely in stock in the natural/brown colors we like.

I think the sweater is a good value. Cashmere is soft enough and thick thus warm.
I did not have to wait long for delivery.
Wish the Medium white cardigan was not sold out. Will look again.
