Felt kinda unnecesary
It felt very poorly formatted. A lot of the stuff was just common sense, but the stuff that wasn't wasn't really focused on. Except for in the tests. Then in the tests you had to have every single thing memorized.
Also it said you couldn't see what you did wrong on the final exam only to have beneath it a whole lot of stuff that I did wrong.

This course is very well put together. Every section touches on the things that actually can happen in restaurants. I really like the quizzes at the beginning and ending of each section. This helps to test your known knowledge before watching the videos. Now I would like to keep going and take the managers test.
