After visiting their show room I knew steel stitch and stone were the one! Chinom was pleasant and explained really well about their furniture, as well as giving recommendations. From helping me to choose a couch, to a very quick and prompt delivery, everything was perfectly executed. The second time I went for a bed, the service was as expected. Impeccable!! Value for money. I had the pleasure of dealing with Chino. The service was simply amazing. With my busy schedule I wasn’t able to make it into their shop but Chino sent their catalogue via WhatsApp and I was able to place my order through him and received my sofa set the next day. The quality of the sofa set is amazing and I am really pleased! Every other furniture store was giving me ridiculous waiting times but Chino was really able to help and their stock availability is something to commend. Once again really happy and would recommend every single time.

Amazing service and lovely people. Tova was the most helpful with buying my sofa. I wasn't moving in for 6 weeks and they kept my sofa on hold until then. I then was delayed by a week and they still kept my sofa on hold. Nothing was too much trouble. Even with delivery, my flat has very narrow doors and yet we got the sofa in. I honestly could not recommend Steel Stitch & Stone high enough!
