The sailing from Holyhead was an hour late. While boarding the foot passengers, the bus to the ship spent 45 minutes with a full load of passengers at the loading ramp waiting to be allowed on. Thankf... Voir plus

We went on day trip which was…

We went on day trip which was unbelievable value at 12e each. Have done this many times previously and I can never fault stena line. The service and customer care is second to none and the facilities on board are above average they are first class. The food on board is delicious and reasonably priced and of very good quality. All in all it is an excellent trip with an excellent company and will be definitely partaking again. Keep up the good work.

Great journey

Great journey. Good price. Nice staff..
We bought a cabin at the last minute and on board and it was very well priced.. and much needed at the time..

Fab service

Fab service! Would be a good idea to sell mini shampoo and conditioner in the shop. Would be fab if hairdryer was also supplied. Breakfast was nice too. Thank you all for making a stressful trip easy!

Was on The Estrid

Was on The Estrid. Lovely clean boat. Had breakfast which was nice, but bit overpriced in my opinion. Found staff were a little rude this trip.. Which I was surprised by as the last time I was on The Estrid the staff were chatty and friendly.

We got the regular experience on way up…

We got the regular experience on way up and on the way back we got the premium, definitely worth the money, the free food and drink selection was delicious, the quietness made it so relaxing. The staff were very good and friendly. If i had one bit of constructive criticism it would be that they had better entertainment on the Tv’s! :)

Provide decaf real coffee not just instant decaf.

Don't charge 1 pound sterling for a cup of hot water!
Ticket price is high enough!!
Also link up with Irish ferries so you both can answer queries on time tables etc.

Late and poorly managed

The ferry’s bar closed only an hour into a 4 hour ferry ride and on the way back it was delayed by an hour. Go for Irish Ferries instead, this crowd are brutal.

Duty free shop very small.

Always very happy with Stena Line

Always very happy with Stena Line, but Dublin Port never issues Premium loading when Holyhead always do, my only criticism is that we travel in the lounge but pay more for food than seems reasonable, we will travel with Stena Line because of the additional perks through AXA Insurance.

Overall very good. It took a long time to get off the boat in Dublin.

It is hard to hear the announcements on the ship...could this be improved?

The Ben my Chree isn’t in the same…

The Ben my Chree isn’t in the same class as previous Vessels on the Rosslare-Fishguard route and lacks some of the more usual comforts.

The short sea journey is very convenient. Better use of the large TV screens at each port to give information on boarding any any delays to boarding times would help
