Absolutely rubbish. I am so annoyed that I have booked to travel with you in June because that will be the last time.Twice you cancelled and you really shouldn't have taken bookings for this ferry knowing dam well you couldn't know for definite when the nordtica wasn't ready. You really don't care about customer service.

I travel from Dublin Port to Holyhead quite frequently and I find the Stena crew very helpful, the ferries comfortable and everything very clean. The food is very good too

The onboard Staff were excellent and corrected a mistake at the check in at Holyhead; I was quite underwhelmed by the Check in desk for a couple of reasons: the gates are numbered 1, 2 and 3 and so cars etc lined up in lines at 1 and 2 with only one vehicle at 3 so why did the check-in desk open 2 and 3 and left 1 closed thereby causing a potential jam and for some frayed tempers. Also if it was necessary to open 2 and 3 why not renumber them? In addition, I had ordered ahead a meal but I was not given either the vouch or the usual card to tell me the Plus Lounge entry number. As I said your onboard staff were excellent.

Haven’t used this service. I’m leaving this review due to this companies unbearable adverts that come up every five mins when I’m watching YouTube. Most adverts are annoying, but these adverts are supernaturally annoying. And if anyone who uses this service does the splits for no reason or pirouettes to their seats (like in the adverts) then that tells me all I need to know about it not to go.

The actually sailing was perfect, except for the connection to the ferry terminal from Dublin city as almost impossible to get to the port by public transport in time for the 04.30 ferry to Holyhead. Surely you should be trying to make it as easy for foot passengers as you do for car drivers in which case you might get more than one coach load from the teminal building to the boat...

Always enjoy a trip on Stenaline. Got a cabin for the return journey which was clean and comfortable.
On the first journey the hot food was stopped less than half way through the trip (around 6pm) which meant we didn’t get any dinner. This was disappointing as the boat did not seem that full for all the hot food to run out

Friendly staff, easy to book, clean and comfortable boat, decent food menu, not too pricey. All in all just a great no stress experience either holidaying or business. 👍

Smooth check-in and straight onto the boat ahead of departure time which is great - gives more time to settle in. We took a cabin BUT the sheets were washed but heavily stained!!!! Worth checking with your cleaning company! Key cards for room did not work first time.

Amazing as always. Stena must be such a lovely comoany to work for, because the staff always seem so happy. Everything went on time, food was great and staff were fantastic. Can't recommend enough

Holyhead - Dublin on Stena Estrid Thursday 23-4-26 - everything went well this trip: boarded on time; parked on Deck 5, not 3; Plus Lounge not too busy, and service excellent; very pleasant crossing; arrived Dublin on time; very prompt priority disembarkation; easy exit from the port - nothing to complain about at all!

Staff are amazing. It’s the foot passengers are the problem. Completely drunk and shouting and starting fights… screaming and drinking bottles of whiskey. It needs to be addressed, it was unsafe.
