I ordered a stethoscope for my daughter’s graduation, while in transit it was taken out of the package. I called customer service and explained what happened and that graduation was 3 days away. They weee so amazing! They shipped a new one overnight so she would have it! This momma appreciates everything they did to help

Failure to notify for delivery
I was away, and you did not notify me of the delivery when it happened. This is the most important part of tracking a shipment.

We do apologize however USPS does not report the actual time and date a parcel is being delivered. Only private carriers allow for this function. We do see it has been delivered and we hope you are happy with your purchase.
