Medisave US LLP Avis 

I ordered a case for my Littmann Core Digital stethoscope, the case is too small for the stethoscope, and it seemed used, reeking of cigarettes. The guy on the phone argued it smelled like plastic, but it's definitely cigarettes. Due to the case not fitting my Stethoscope as advertised and the guy being argumentative over the phone, I requested a return. They obliged, but didn't want to refund the engraving. Oh well.

I ordered a Littman Stethoscope, a Stethoscope case and a Sphygmomanometer from Medisave on April 9th 2026. It is currently July 16th and I have still not received my order! When ordering and going to checkout these items, the website doesn’t tell you the items are on back order until after you pay! I found it so deceiving that they still had products up for sale that they didn’t even have inventory for. Unfortunately I had to cancel my order as I couldn’t bare to wait any longer than the 3 months I already had to wait. The only plus side of this was the communication with customer service team was amazing, they tried their very best to resolve this issue!

I ordered a Littman on July 4th with engraving and it was here by July 7th🩷 I dont think i ever ordered something and it came that quick especially with the holiday. And of course it looks as I expected it to. I LOVE IT AND WILL DEFINITELY ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!! Thank you!!!

I ordered 2 Littman III stethoscopes, graduation gifts for 2 of my nieces pursuing their nursing degrees after high school, with engraving on each and spent almost $300. I placed my order on June 26, 2026 and before I completed my purchase they promised that for a $20.21 shipping fee they would have my order delivered by July 2, 2026. Well order won’t be delivered until July 6, 2026!! I feel scammed! When I called to see if I could get refunded the shipping fee at least they said they couldn’t do anything about it. That it’s not a guarantee. Okay so then why market it that way. The representative specifically told me they have “tons” of complaints on this issue. So their solution is to ignore the complaints and continue to profit off of their failed promises. Very, very disappointing to know that a company selling medical supplies would just purposely rob good paying customers and be okay with it… :( Oh I just received an email for a refund of $4 stating that was the difference in what I paid and what they were charged but wait I thought shipping free on orders larger than $125… so I basically paid for shipping then… another advertised promise broken. What a shame!

I ordered my Littman cardiology stethoscope through medisave and it got here so fast. The engraving was perfect. I love my cardiology IV stethoscope.

Fast shipping, quality genuine name brand products. I ordered a Littmann Master Cardiology Stethoscope and 2 Prestige Medical color dipped Kelly clamps/forceps since mine kept walking away. Engraving was exactly what I requested. products were brand new, never used in original manufacturer’s packaging. Package was well protected with weather proof/bubble wrap style envelopes. Shipped via UPS ground and tracking was updated every step of the way. Very happy with my purchase.

My Wife and I were looking for the perfect gift for our daughter’s graduation gift and we found the Littmann CORE Stethoscope Cardiopod II to be our choice. We found Medicare USA they very reasonable prices, engraving and fast shipping. I felt I placed my order in plenty of time, a little more than a week out from when I needed it. The very next day I got call from someone in customer service and he wanted to let me know that it might not get to me on time because I ordered some accessories as well and they were temporarily out of stock, I explained that I really needed by Tuesday and he could send the accessories later. He worked his magic because not only did we get the Stethoscope on time we also got the accessories as well. I truly appreciate the personal touch. My I now a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and has the stethoscope she wanted with her name on it and I looked like a hero. I owe Medisave a great deal of Thanks!

I was sent a obviously used and returned item. Very unacceptable.

Bought a Littmann CORE stethoscope from the site. The owner emailed me personally when there was an issue with the order, great customer experience. Also came with a free case. Great experience.

Previously it use to be exactly what I ordered that was delivered but now the customer service is terrible to communicate with and it keeps getting worse on a daily basis.

I strongly advise against ordering from Medisave. I purchased a Littmann Cardiology IV (over $200), and the experience was poor from start to finish. Not only was the shipping incredibly slow, but the product arrived with a blurry engraving and a visible defect on the diaphragm.

When I reached out to customer service, they were completely dismissive, claiming the blurry text was "consistent with their process" and the diaphragm defect was "normal." For medical-grade equipment at this price point, I expected much higher quality control and better accountability. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Arrived on Jan 12 instead of Dec 21 that indicated when I purchased… but the product was as great as expected, and the engraving was so beautiful including😊smily face!

Fast delivery, good prices, the products arrived perfectly.

Ordered for gift for staff. Expected delivery date was 7 days away confirmed by company email at order time. Company waited 11 days to send me email telling me they finally shipped. Turns out they had only printed label; they tendered it to carrier 3 days later - two weeks after order. Too incompetent to use as supplier. Will not buy from them again.

I ordered a stethoscope for my daughter who starts nursing school in 3 days. I ordered on 12/25/25 with a delivery date of 1/2/26. My card was charged the full amount the day of the order. It was not delivered as promised. I have still not been provided with a ship notice or tracking number. I have emailed the company and gotten no response and I called today and got a voicemail. Afraid this might be a scam.
