Signed up for the 2 day seminar. I found it to be extremely informative. Steve & Helen and in fact all of the presenters were very easy going, helpful and full of valuable information. It is a very good course for anyone wanting to get an idea of what can be done with property and how to make money from doing it. Excellent value for money.

Incredible 2 Days, Steve, Helen and their team, share a huge amount of valuable information, R2R, HMO, BRR, Commercial, Private Finance, Analysing deals etc etc (make sure you have a note pad, and take photos or screen shot the slides- you don't want to be trying to remember it all) gleaned from years of property experience. Very much enjoyed the training provided by Steve, Helen and the rest of the coaches. Lots of value over the 2 days. Have done a similar course elsewhere, however this delivered much more content useful to becoming a property developer. Also great snippets about VAT relief, and other tax savings. Highly recommended!

It is a two day training that gives value. Not just talking heads. You go through so many processes with Steve and his Team. There are jargon busting help for newbies and you get a good sense of what you can achive which is limitless. A very good, well structured course.

I can honestly say that joining Steve Doran’s academy was one of the best decisions I’ve made, not only have I met some of the most amazing members, existing and new , everyone really pulls together and helps with invaluable information, words of advice, encouragement and knowledge. Whenever anyone posts a question on our group there’s always someone and sometimes more than one person who replies promptly with exactly what you need. The academy training modules are super impressive highly informative and a great way to start to understand this exciting new journey. The team of coaches is a formidable force of exceptional individuals who are extremely knowledgeable and seasoned professional investors themselves, not only are they always available to help, they really care about your progress and always give you the confidence and advice required to succeed. Steve is not only super successful and supportive, he is very, very smart, but most importantly he is a really down to earth guy and a good human being who cares. The office support staff are always willing to help with whatever you need.

If you have any interest in Property you really should do this 2 day course. A huge amount of information, very well delivered. Even a must for experienced landlords. Exceptional value

Im nearly through the 2 day course for £99.
Seriously so much information and the guys break it down so that anyone can understand it, well worth the money and the 2 days, lots packed it and delivered by great people, Steve Helen and all the team. I keep getting whats app messages asking if everything is ok and do i need anything. For £99 its a no brainer. Whether you are new or experienced, something for everyone. Go for it
