Realistic and Educational
I recommend doing this and really enjoyed this course. It was so worthwhile to take my weekend and get educated. The team were very energetic and enthusiastic and you can see they're totally genuine and sold out on helping others. The most valuable part of this was meeting people from all walks of life that gave their own testimonials...super valuable and made it a reality. Thanks team for bringing me out of being stuck and into the next steps on my journey!!

Hi Leonie,
This was such a lovely one to read, you can really feel the shift in energy through your message.
It’s great to hear the weekend helped bring you out of feeling stuck and gave you clarity on your next steps. Sometimes that’s the biggest breakthrough, just getting around the right people, hearing real experiences, and realising what’s actually possible.
Also really nice to hear you connected with the testimonial side of things. We always try to bring in real stories, including the challenges and obstacles people have faced along the way, because it helps make everything feel real and relatable rather than just theory.
And thank you for mentioning the team as well. Steve, Helen, and the coaches genuinely care about helping people move forward, so it’s good to hear that came across.
Wishing you all the best as you continue your property journey ahead.
Warm regards,

Fantastic mentoring within this Academy!! Just had a great 1:1 mentoring session with Richard Leonard. All the Academy coaches are highly knowledgeable and experienced in their respective specialisms. They give great advice and follow up with next steps in both further learning and importantly actions to take. They are all very supportive, they push you to strive for your goals. A great Academy indeed.

Hi Ali,
Really great to read this, especially hearing how much you got from the mentoring side of things.
Those 1:1 sessions are such an important part of the academy, having the space to properly talk things through, look at your situation in detail, and leave with clear next steps and actions to focus on.
Richard will really appreciate the mention as well. One thing the coaches all aim to do is not just give advice, but help keep people accountable and moving forward, which is where a lot of the real progress happens.
Also great to hear you’ve felt supported throughout it all. We’re really proud of the coaching and community environment that’s been built around the academy, and it’s good to know that’s coming across.
Wishing you all the best as you continue pushing towards your goals.

Hi Bernice,
Great to read this, especially as it sounds like exactly what you’d been looking for.
Serviced accommodation and R2R can feel a bit unclear until it’s broken down properly, so it’s good to hear the workshop gave you that clarity. Helen has a very straightforward way of explaining things, which makes a big difference when covering those strategies.
Really appreciate the recommendation as well.
Wishing you all the best as you move forward with your property journey.

Hi Jane,
Really nice to read this.
Helen has a great way of keeping things clear and easy to follow while still sharing real, first-hand experience, so it’s good to hear that came across. She also talks openly about her own journey, the obstacles she’s faced and how she’s worked through them, which helps bring everything to life and makes it easier to relate to.
Serviced accommodation can feel quite detailed when you first look at it, so making it understandable and practical is always the aim. It’s also great seeing how that journey has evolved into exploring and enjoying multiple strategies over time.
Wishing you all the best as you move forward with your own property journey.
Appreciate you recommending the webinars as well, that means a lot.

Steve Doran 2 day training
I've just completed 2 days training with Steve and his team. A great experience. Very informative and inspiring. A good introduction into the property investment world and also relevant for those with experience. Steve and his whole team are very knowledgeable but more importantly have great values! Really good to read this, especially knowing you’ve just come off the back of the two days.
It’s great to hear it felt both informative and inspiring, and that it worked whether someone’s just starting or already has some experience. That balance is something we really focus on.
Also really appreciate you mentioning the values side of things. That’s a big part of what sits behind everything, not just what’s taught, but how it’s delivered and how people are supported along the way.
And great to hear you’ve decided to continue on with the academy as well. That’s where things really start to build over time, with the ongoing coaching, support, and guidance as you move forward.
Excited to see where this takes you.

Hi Eve,
This is great to read.
Coming away with a clear action plan is exactly what we want people to have at the end of the two days. It’s one thing learning it, but being able to go and actually implement it straight away is where it really starts to make a difference.
Like Steve often says, knowledge on its own doesn’t get you very far, it’s what you do with it that counts. As Eric Thomas puts it, “Knowledge is not power. Knowledge applied is power.”
Really glad you found it inspiring as well, that combination of clarity and momentum is a powerful place to be.
Appreciate you taking the time to share this.
