St Helens Windows Avis 101

We had previously used St Helens Windows for a new Conservatory so had no Hesitation in using them again to have a Porch built. The work was carried on time, all the Installation team were we'll mannered polite, punctual, and Trustworthy. The installation was carried out in a very professional way and finished on time, the team work was excellent.
I would definitely recommend St Helens Windows to anybody thinking of having Windows, Doors, Conservatorys, and porches. A great company offering excellent products and a brilliant service.

Had a composite door installed. Really pleased with my door the installation guys were very efficient and tidy. Recommended to my neighbour who has also had a new door installed.

Recently had a new porch done by St Helens windows. Fitters where very professional. Happy with the overall service and my new porch. Thank you again.

St Helens Windows quoted me a price and I signed a contract with them. They phoned me on 3 occasions to arrange a time to do the job, but I must say they weren’t very friendly people. After loads of being messed about, I received a phone call from them informing me that they had under priced the job so therefore they would not be doing it unless I paid a further £2200. I debated that we had an agreed contract, but I was basically told to read the small print saying that they could Cancel at any time! This is not a company that I would recommend to anybody, they are very inefficient.

After having a lot of quotes for my bespoke conservatory... I finally decided to go with St. Helens windows ..
I can honestly say that from start to finish that sthelens windows have been remarkable..
The workers were very polite and cleaned up after every visit ...
The quality of the windows and doors are excellent..
I actually could not fault this company in anyway..
I would highly recommend St. Helens windows and rate them 5 stars for everything...

The new composite doors are fantastic and very good quality. The doors are exactly what I ordered. The installer took only 3 hours to complete and he did an excellent job and a very clean installation. He also explained the operation of the locks and how to look after the doors. A Job well done.

The communication with the office was excellent and cannot be faulted. I highly recommend St Helens Windows.

We had some windows done a while back. The windows are good quality and we are happy with them.

Would not recommend this company. Customer service appalling. They fitted a new technology glass roof to our 10 year old conservatory that was in use every day and had a polycarbonate roof. Less than a month later, as soon as the weather became warmer, the room became unusable due to glare and a temperature on some days over 120 degrees. All the furniture had to be covered up and all the windows left open. The company would not respond to either to our complaints, that of two arbitration services nor that of a solicitor.

Excellent service received from beginning to end for the conservatory roof conversion I recently had done - friendly staff, competent fitters, all round great company who I will be using again :)

Stefan has worked really hard today fitting our new composite door. Cleaned up after himself and was very helpful. Just thought I would share some positive feedback for his professional approach. ☺

We had a few problems with our windows, but that was down to the fitters who are no longer with St Helens Windows. the owner has personally seen to it that these problems were resolved, so we're very grateful for that, he also stressed any more problems to let him know, so I feel comfortable enough now to relax and enjoy my new windows knowing that customer satisfaction actually means something to St Helens Windows. The windows themselves are excellent quality and nice to look at, the price we got them for was absolutely unbelievable. so don't hesitate to give St Helens Windows a call if your looking to improve your home.

I recently had a Composite Door fitted by the St Helens Windows Team and they were nothing but great from start to finish we have only absolute praise for this organisation. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new composite door.

If you are ever tempted to buy from this company ALWAYS CHECK THIER GUARANTEE SMALL PRINT which excludes all labour, site visit and replacement or repair labour costs after the first twelve months of their so-called ten year guarantee. This is, in my opinion, effectively cheating customers who should NOT have to pay anything towards repairing doors or windows that have faults. The sales team stresses the long guarantee but never draws attention to the fact that they expect you to pay all labour for replacing or repairing what goes wrong.
Unless you think their practice is fair you should AVOID THIS COMPANY UNTIL THEY GET RID OF THIS PRACTICES.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!!Had 3 doors fitted and new front panel to porch.1 of the glass panels to porch didn't have correct design on so they re-fitted the old glass,i didn't pay the full invoice and retained £150 until sorted. 2 weeks go by no apology no contact.Then get a phone call to say correct glass here we will fit the following Tuesday,I ring them back and say I,m not happy with the whole experience and will live with the old glass and that's the end of the matter, no problem st.helens glass say.Then I get another phone call saying the glass is here, we might as well fit it,it will be free of charge,and sorry for the inconvenience, they come round fit the glass, repair 1 of the door locks that wouldn,t lock properly and then present me with an invoice for the £150,that they said would be free of charge UNBELEIVABLE.Then the phone calls start demanding the £150,finally the boss rings, he tells me all calls are recorded,obviously there not and threatens me with their debt collector laughing to himself implying the debt collector would sort me out !!!!!! Have reported threats to police
