Brilliant customer service….whats not to like

And I-think it was Ted who delivered almost straight away and helped off load. Will use when it’s time for a complete refit and highly recommend!

First order was great, second order not so!
At the point of order, the customer service was excellent, professional and courteous. Then the product arrived!
Oh hell things went downhill from there and I’m still outstanding my refund!
We received two pallets of slabs, one open and one sealed. The open slabs were clearly seconds quality for many reasons mostly to do with poor cutting.
I am a sensible person in the main so will refrain from saying more libellous statements but rest assured this has not been a successful purchase!!!!

We purchased Egyptian Limestone…
We purchased Egyptian Limestone porcelain slabs from Stone Traders to replace our new patio and Karen and her staff were really helpful in the process and arranging delivery. We then used Neil and his team from Stone Landscapes to lay the slabs to create our new patio, They were thoroughly professional during the length of the project and offered advice on how to overcome all the construction issues that arose and also offered design suggestions as well. Overall, very pleased with the outcome.

Highly recommended Stone supplier and professional landscapers too ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I purchased alpine white porcelain slabs from stone traders on recommendation from my daughter in law who used them recently as well.
Karen kindly assisted me in my selection process and I used Stone landscapers to fit them. Both Karen and Neil from stone landscapes were very helpful and knowledgable in their field and that has resulted in a superb finished patio that I’m over the moon with. Neil’s team were respectful and hardworking and ensured I was happy every step of the way. I can not recommend Stone Traders or Stone landscapes highly enough … Thanku so much to them both for making it such a smoothly run project

Used Kandla grey porcelain slabs from Stone Traders and they have transformed our garden. They have a great display area so you can see the slabs before you buy.
Stone Landscapes Woking laid the patio and I highly recommend them.
