Stone Traders Avis

Stone Traders has a very good website, provides a wide range of product choice, and the whole business operates very professionally.
The order was for a relatively small number of flagstones to repair a pathway, but I was keen to match the existing Raj Sandstone paving.
I was impressed with the help offered through telephone contact and prompt delivery of a relatively small order.
The delivery was carefully stacked with no damage to the individual pavers in a strong wooden crate and delivered to the pavement at my home.

Lynn was very helpful and talked through the different options. She sent through some photographs of the stone and we ordered some samples to present to our clients for them to choose from.

Simple and easy with timely delivery

Always a pleasure buying from this company quality products at a sensible price.

Really helpful and excellent product. Driver dropped crate where required.

Great show area of all stones and slabs.
All staff really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Samples freely available with good prices.
Staff were able to handle any queries, help sort out any issues and provide and deliver stone paving of all sizes within a time frame that suited me and the landscape gardeners.
Overall a really positive experience. Highly recommended

Lynn was very helpful and friendly and was able to discount the stone I selected. The display area is huge and showcases an impressive variety of stone to accommodate all budgets.

I had a bad experience with a landscaper and they were able to reassure me and were so helpful and professional. They even took back the things that were left over from the job and collected them. So impressed. Would definitely recommend using this company. First Class

Great service and advice, quality products and brilliant price.

I found the tiles I was looking for at Stone Traders and at a great price. I also really liked the fact that I could buy them and that they could then hold onto them for me for when I was ready to have them delivered at my convenience.

Lovely team behind a great product - we've used stone traders twice now and can only say good things. very flexible with help and if needed extra slabs etc last minute. Would use again :)

Good quality stone - able to buy in m2 so no waste. Delivery price steep, but evened out with stone pricing.
Good service

I want to pick up my paving slabs. very good service. helpful nice and polite staff.

Recently purchased some porcelain slabs from stone trader. The man on the other end of the phone line was very knowledgeable, helpful and polite, helping me achieve my patio dream.

This is the third time I have used this company. Always very helpful, informative & very good customer service.
All the calculations perfect.
This last order was for my mother the tiles look really good in her conservatory.
Would highly recommend Tile Traders.

Found what we required, ordered and delivered within 24 hours. Excellent service.

Website said product was in stock. Ordered the product arranged time off to carry out the build only to receive a phone call the day before delivery to say the product was not in stock and there would be a two week delay.

Requested sample and was delivered promptly. Staff very helpful and professional.
