I wanted otems cancelled but they sent them anyway. Had to wait 2 weeks for a return label and had to carry this heavy item to a fedx store. Never ordering again

I ordered some stuff went over the…

I ordered some stuff went over the $250.00 limit. So order was canceled. I called and ask what i had to do credit company said to call back and reorder my stuff I did and it was approved got email saying it was approved. Never got it. So I called back 29th March and I was told the order was canceled. The man told me he would have credit company call me.

Nothing is perfect. Stoneberry 4 Star Review

After reading those reviews I'm thinking that they have the wrong company.
I pay my bill and they increased my credit limit. Now I just need to pay this bill down before I order anything else.
I am a little disappointed about the pillows I bought. They died long before they reached me. I've ordered a couple of comforters. They are lightweight but warm. A bedspreads is beautiful and fit down to the floor quite happy.
No one is perfect. No company is perfect. Yet I give them a four star review.

I called to place a order..there was so…

I called to place a order..there was so much loud talking in the background. After repeating myself 4 times I simply hung up..so ANNOYING !! I waited 2 hours called back..still talking in background..I TALKED AS LOUD AS I COULD JUST TO GET MY ORDER IN !!! Won't be calling for awhile after all this aggravation...

This company gave out credit in my name…

This company gave out credit in my name to a house I moved out of 3 yrs prior. On top of that my credit was frozen , so they shouldn't have gave out credit. Thinking about filing lawsuit, DO NOT use they scam company, you will regret it

Bad Business

I received $1,000 credit limit from this company and made a $100 order, waited for over a week for this item every time I checked it was processing, for over a week it was processing, so I found the item elsewhere and requested three times to have my account deleted and they never got back to me, bad Business when customer service can't even get back to customers to be!

Stoneberry aint what they used to be

IIDK what happened to these folks but my recent experience and the most recent reviews are not reflecting my PAST with excellent customer service and pretty much problem free and on the rare occasion you had a problem customer service was all over it resolving it quickly ........whats going on with Stoneberry today is nothing like the past DK if they've changed hands or what but they are nothing like they used to be there customer service is non existent now days and I have to go along with all of these latest reviews DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH STONEBERRY

Unfortunately we cannot give a zero star.
Listen people this company is not even a company.
All these reviews speak for themselves.
If you order something you will receive an email stating that the order is being processed and then you will receive an email stating that your order is on backorder.
This happened to me personally two times.
If you cancel the order because you do not want to wait on the backorder the customer service representative will tell you that it is taken care of and that you will NOT be charged....BUT in the meantime they cannot tell you anything about the order. But you will be charged for the order. They LIE!
This is exactly what happened to me and now this order is in dispute with my card company for a full refund.
I have also read that the items that they do send you if by chance they are NOT on back do not look like the pictures they have posted on the site.
So again....they are fake advertising!
Please please save yourself a lot of heart ache and work and DO NOT ORDER FROM STONEBERRY!

I placed several orders but never…

I placed several orders but never received them. They're still trying to charge me for items that never showed up. They are a rip-off with their shipping cost. They won't let me order anymore because I never paid for items I never received!!!

Second hand. My orders were on time everything…

My orders were on time everything looked good nothing was broke but everything seemed like it was off just a bit like my dish set cost me an arm and a leg but yet there was like maybe something that wasn't right with the the making of it and a few of my other things were like that too just not the high quality that you would expect for the price that you pay

Never purchasing from them

They are horrible i wanted to purchase a pair sheets and a bed comforter from them. When i went to replace the order it told i had to place a down payment on my item to recieve it. I called a service rep they told me it will be 90 days to be canceled if you didnt place a down payment on the item. Then i found out i have no credit at all to use but it says i have 500 in credit but tells me i had they couldnt approve me when i went actually apply. No stoneberry sucks and there a rip off i will be closing my account asap. And they ruined my score !!!

Beware: Non-Compliance with UK Trades of Goods Act.

First off, this is a Chinese business posing as a UK named business with no local warehouse facilities. This means that if you wish to return an order for any reason, then due to shipment/re-export costs, they will do almost anything to avoid taking an item back. They would rather offer you a discount (15 - 30%) and let you keep the item. It is more cost effective for them to do so.

In my particular case, I ordered a denim shirt (Size Medium) and a denim shirt (Size Large) was delivered. I was happy with the quality of the shirt, but the whole point of on-line purchases, and particularly when it comes to clothing, that there is an appropriate process for returning unsuitable items. The behaviour is also a direct violation of the UK Trades of Goods Act was brought about to protect customers.

This was only a £49 shirt, so I will put this particular episode down to experience but you have been warned!

Agree with other reviews

Agree with other reviews. Wish I had read the reviews of this company before ordering. The jacket I ordered looked nothing like pictures. the quality was aweful and the sizing was made for midgets. Offered a 20% discount to buy another jacket rather than refund the one I wanted to send back. I will never use this company again and ai advise anyone else looking at them to avoid at all costs.

TOTAL RIP OFF. The coat shown was not the coat delivered the size chart is totally mythical, When I emails them to return the coat I was offered 20% of another coat which I rejected they have since stonewalled me and will not refund me.

This Company is a skam. Their system will not except emails, fact. Contacting them You get another Chinese person who talks fast and can't understand them. They will not cancel an order that has not shipped, because I will not put a down payment on it. I get told that it can't be canceled according to their policies. WHAT ???? for 90 days ??Government lets them even operate ?? STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS !
