Sent wrong size bedding and I talked to customer service on phone and they assured me the order was correct they charged me for right size but sent wrong size and the delivery was so messy It kept being a delay on the delivery each day !!!!

My mom purchased a couch on Oct.20,2025. It took two for months delivery,(Dec.21,2026) and they also informed her; she would have to pay tariffs,because the couch was coming from overseas. The couch is garbage it collapsed this week, after having it for two months. they told her they have a 60 day return policy the couch literally broke down on the 56th day, and they told her there was nothing they could do. Please beware of this company , they do not stand by their products and the customer service was really rude to my mom. My mom is a senior and she received their book in the mail.I believe they may target the elderly. PLEASE BEWARE!!! Seventh Avenue.com

If I could say minus a star I would this company is absolutely horrible don't ever buy anything from them and customer service the guy just hung up on me after I told him to please put the account back to a 0 balance because of returning a pot set that was of poor quality and he just hung up on me so now I'm telling everyone please save your money and don't get anything from these people, shipping cost are over priced and so r their products and they r cheaply made

High prices for generally low-quality products and they consider an order to be a invitation to bombard you with unwanted catalogs forever. Run away.
Don't order the quilts
I ordered a $100 plus quilt. It arrived okay but it was less than half an inch thick. I wouldn't pay more than $20 for this throw blanket. It is not a quilt. Of course they make it look nice and thick in the photograph. I will do no more business with them.
Seventh avenue sucks
Seventh avenue has very expensive prices for crap. Then, add the shipping costs to that crap and it's outrageous. I signed up for Seventh avenue plus to try to lower my shipping costs and it was supposed to be free for 30 days. I canceled it before the 30 days was up they charged me for it anyway and refuse to refund the money to me. They lost a customer, a good customer, over $18. I hope they're happy and I sure hope they stop sending me 14 catalogs a month
Absolutely ridiculous company
Absolutely ridiculous company. They are constantly sending catalogs not just seventh avenue but their sister companies as well. So I finally decided I would order some Xmas gifts from them.. placed order online and everything seemed to be going smoothly. I had even called and one 🕜 f their employees flat out lied to me and told me everything was good to go. My items would be shipping out to me the following week. I hadn't seen or heard anything so we called today, 4 days before Xmas only to find out they denied my credit numbers order! So now I have a lot going f gifts I need to try to get them but I am in the middle of moving n don't really have time for this . Needless to say never again receive an order from me or anyone else that I can tell. Really deserve a negative pppl
Very deceptive
Very deceptive! I haven't ordered from them in a while (possibly 6 months to a year) but I kept seeing a $16.95 charge on my bank statement and in an email. Thinking maybe I had not fully paid them off I just sort of brushed it to the side. November 2025 I saw the same charge so I called knowing I had a 0 balance. Well come to find out I had been "opted into" a membership. Wtf moment. Who does that. I never agreed to a $16.95 Seventh Avenue membership. I called December 8th to be "opted out." I was told it had been taken care of. December 17th I get an email and a pending charge for $16.95. I called again only to be told to take care of this I would need to call customer service at a different 800 number. I asked why wasn't I told that the last time I called and she said "I don't know." I told her I was told that everything had been taken care of and I was opted out of the membership and would not be charged again. December 17th I proceed to call the second 800 number to be informed "that no charge has been made" with my response being "oh yes there has because I have a pending charge in my bank account and an email stating I was charged. Her solution to the whole ordeal was to tell me I would be reimbursed for the November charge and argue about the fact that "I must have agreed to the membership" or I wouldn't be in it. Deductive reasoning: if I haven't ordered or called them recently why am I just now seeing the $16.95!?!?charge. Somehow someone "opted" me in to something I never agreed to. In conclusion, be aware of what you say and agree to with these people and make sure you ask if you are talking to actual customer service or just someone who is working from home and trying to make a sale for commission. I will not be ordering from them or their affiliates, of which there are several, ever again.
Shady dealing

So now I have 2 air purifiers which cost over $200 and have become possible boat anchors. I have bought from 7th Avenue for over 8 years and was planning on buying some gifts this coming Christmas for my BoD members. Not on your life will I buy anything from 7th Avenue again!
China crap bought 800 count sheets bill…
China crap bought 800 count sheets bill was 116.00 sheets fell apart the 3 rd wash was told because I didn't notify them in 60 days nothing could be done. Well I can do something refuse to pay my bill screw them and the China cheap crap they sell

Can I give a negative number? Seventh Avenue says they have a rebate program available. If you make a purchase, you will have the option to sign up. I made 3 purchases, 2 over the internet, 1 over the phone w a phone rep (which, by the way, they charge an extra fee to place an order by phone). Each time I place an order, the option was not provided. The "supervisor, Kirt" said I wasn't eligible. When I asked what disqualified me, he could not give me a reason stating that he did not have the eligibility requirements, he would not conference call with Seventh Ave Perks to find out and would not help otherwise.
Preys on the elderly and underserved
Preys on the elderly and those with disabilities. My 92yo dad gets up to 7 catalogs per day at his assisted living facility. I put a hold on his account due to ridiculous buying by phone (my dad doesn’t even have or know how to use email or the internet). No matter how elderly, forgetful, hard of hearing he is during the “order” they always process his order. I was promised the catalogs would stop and they would flag his account. Guess what - another catalog and order today. It took 15mins for him to finally complete the order, and they disregarded the flag on his account and allowed him to order. The shipping is as much as the product - and customer has to pay for returns. This makes returning whatever it is losing even MORE money. I am trying to find a lawyer for a class action lawsuit over deceptive practices and preying on the elderly. This has to stop.

Ordered towels
Ordered towels. They were $35. Ended up charging me over $60 bucks the time they added fees. When arrived the towels were a faded color nothing like the picture. Called to find out how to send back to them. First foreign guy I could hardly understand. Told me he would email me a label. He didn’t ! They wanted me to postage. Called again. Another foreigner. 4 x I had to repeat to her I wanted a label to send back and I’m not paying postage. 30 min later she emailed me a label.
Stay AWAY from here is my advise. !!! Wasted like 2 hours of my life trying to get a return label.

False advertisement all the way I was thinking Magazine with the credit I got a confirmation email saying the order was processed then I got an email saying that I needed to call in to them and then they wanted a down payment but my account says that I had a certain credit and that there were no down payments but it was a lie
Bad practice
I've been with these guys a while now making on time payments. Their website got hacked on 6/20/25 and charges was made on my account in the amount of $1865. I followed their directions and filed a identify theft report. Then they repay me by closing my credit account with them and destroying my credit, I worked so hard to build.
I was a customer of Seventh Ave for years
Twice I bought a computer from Seventh Ave and both computers stopped working after a few months. I had a warranty and they sent me a “gift” card for the cost of the computer only to be used at Seventh Ave. I asked them to take the cost of the computer off my bill with the gift card. They said they couldn’t. What a scam. Reporting them to the Attorney General in my state.
