Ruined my rug
Ruined my rug. They took forever to give me the rug back after cleaning. When I finally got it back - it was destroyed, colours ruined and falling apart. I complained and tried to resolve and they never got back to me. Actually shameful business practices, wish I’d never ever contacted them.

Having been a customer for over 10 +…
Having been a customer for over 10 + years, I won’t be returning. Took a £200 dress in for cleaning having worn it once. The solution they used stripped the colour out of my dress and is now no longer wearable. Customer service was appalling. Refused to take ownership and dismissed their failings. Loyalty obviously isn’t worth anything.

Thank you for your review. I understand your disappointment regarding the dress. It's worth noting that the dress underwent cleaning nearly 12 months before you informed us of a mark on the front. Given the delicate nature of the dress, particularly the feathers around the shoulders, you were advised of the necessity for gentle treatment and the possibility that the stain on the front may not be entirely removable.
Upon your return almost a year later, you were reminded of our policy (on display in the shop) stating that any losses or damages must be reported within 7 days. As you had been a regular customer until 2022, I offered a complimentary re-clean. However, due to the significant time lapse, there were limitations to what actions we could take other than the re-clean.
Upon inspection during your collection visit, the mentioned discoloration had notably improved. Despite this, you declined collection and insisted on further action. I reiterated that our options were limited at that point. You suggested that I claim against tax, and I offered to provide an insurance claim form, which you declined.

Such an easy and efficient service to use with the laundry being picked up and then delivered back to my front door. Have used the service many times and will continue to do so, can recommend.

Great service and fast pick up and delivery. I always struggled with Duck Feather duvets washing and drying but here they have it cleaved and dried and well packaged on its way back. Really pleased I found this place and thank you

collection and return of llaundry on…
I gave this service a five star rating which they certainly deserve. There was an annoying subscreen popping up over the star chart which made it difficult to select the five star rating. Collection and return of laundry was on time and laundry was well done and nicely presented. I will continue to use this laundry service.

Picked up at short notice and turned around even quicker than promised, which helped us out l in a pinch.
