Extremely helpful and friendly staff, along with flexible hours and contracts. Response time can be slow sometimes but responses are always straight to the point and good. Storage service itself was straightforward and practical.

Efficient / Professional Service
As soon as we arrived at Kings Burwood, we were immediately attended to in a friendly efficient manner. The Unit we had booked wasn't big enough, but that wasn't a problem for the lady looking after us, she quickly found a Unit that was more suitable. The Unit was very clean. It was a pleasure to be greeted and looked after in such a professional and friendly manner (with some humour). -:)
