very helpful staff
very helpful staff. when I first had to use the entry code it would not work. i went to the office and the staff were all ready fixing the problem. I have not had a problem since.

We previously used Delacombe Storage Unit when relocating to Ballarat and were happy to use the storage units again.
Staff are amazing and the units are very clean and easily accessible.

Great staff and service.
Staff at the facility were helpful and pleasant to deal with on a number of occasions. This facility also has a van which was provided to assist with the moving in process.

Nothing wrong with the company itself just the lighting of where my unit is is very very poor you can't see what you're doing
