Staff at the facility were helpful and pleasant to deal with on a number of occasions. This facility also has a van which was provided to assist with the moving in process.

Nothing wrong with the company itself just the lighting of where my unit is is very very poor you can't see what you're doing

We were very impressed with the help we were given when making application for the hire of a storage shed.

I am happy enough with the facility however I think that each unit should have lighting available given that access is allowed during hours of darkness? You do not know how much this matters until impacted.
The Entry Gate needs to be moved in to accomodate Trailers because this is an accident waiting to happen.
I was very annoyed when the original quote was not honoured after I arrived to pay in full for 6 months up front. I do not appreciate being up-sold at all.

The manager was very helpful in determining the size shed that would suit my needs, access to the shed was easy. The only thing I forgot was to bring my own padlock - would be helpful if I had purchased one from Storage King and if they could have left it in the shed for me (I was at site after office hours). Monthly invoice payable online also a bonus.

Good facilities, customer service and access hours. But twice as expensive as smaller scale storage facilities.
