Storage King Australia - Fairfield Avis 

We ran over time by a good two hours and past closing time and Wayne was fantastic and understanding (but, don't go past closing time, it is not fair to Wayne who also has a life after work!). He is always available and has great tips. Thank you

I like the security of the premises but there is one thing I wish I had checked prior to binding myself with the contract. I do not blame anyone but myself for this mistake because I should have checked it for myself. It's not a big thing anyway...

I had just assumed that it was open til later, say 8pm. I do shift work (7 days) and a lot of my shifts leak into the evening. It's not such a big deal, I just have to plan my day a bit differently if I need to visit Stoage King. Again, my own fault for misunderstanding.

Other than this, I really appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at Storage King Fairfield. They really go above and beyond to satisfy their customers.

For example: I purchased a padlock before being shown to my storage unit and was offered a second lock from Wayne - free of charge - upon us finding out the unit had two accessible doors that required padlocks. It's this kind of small stuff that really makes all the difference for me!

I was referred to Storage King Fairfield by a colleague of mine with whom I work on Darebin Rd. I am so glad I considered that recommendation!

They helped me reserve a storage unit that suited our requirements and helped manage and unload a container delivery.

Staff were very helpful and continue to be so.

The staff were polite and went out of their way to help me with my storage requirements.

Friendly helpful staff being a first time storage person they answered all my questions then bringing items into storage always a nice welcome.

Service was efficient and really informative, facilities are nice for their purpose and their pricing is fair.

He and his associate Andrew have shown me friendly and competent support since my start of contract on 29/8/22. I would highly recommend SK due to their efforts.

As advertised it's storage, it's accessible, staff in the office are helpful and friendly, just how it should be really.
