Great manager
Great manager; Hayden, at Homebush. He stayed back pass the closing time, to assist me with getting the removalist in & unloaded. Hayden spent time on helping me learn the passcode. Hayden chose the unit for me as I was unable to inspect the unit. It was perfect. I can't begin to express my gratitude for his thoughtfulness & kindness during the whole process. My first visit
The attendant that I met on my first visit was very knowledgeable and helpful and showed me the storage facility. He showed me how to access the facility, the codes to use and how the security features worked. The storage unit is exactly what I expected, and the facility is clean and secure.
