I have found the service of Storage…
I have found the service of Storage King to be seamless. The lovely ladies made my transition from moving my home to a safe environment by explaining everything clearly. They were friendly and helpful in every respect, and explained the confidentiality part of things, which made me feel that Storage King was the best place to leave my possessions. I will be recommending Storage King to anyone that is needing a place to call home for their belongings. 😊

The front desk ladies were friendly and very helpful. Even though I've only used the space for less than a month one of the staff made sure my items were secured by providing a second lock which I've completely forgotten about it after they mentioned it when I was showing the storage space on the day.
Thanks, Ipswich Storage Team you have been awesome and the space was big enough for our items.

signed up for a unit and less then 25 hours later called to cancel as my circumstances had changed, i was still charged 50 dollars which is a shame as clealry it did not cost them anything but yet they choose to take money simply because they could.

The staff were extremely helpful. Everything was easy to understand. Sign up only took 10 minutes. It’s an easy system to access your storage unit. I was also pleasantly surprised by the price.

They made my life so much easier
I had to move quite quickly and Storage King made my life so much easier. They were accurate with the time they gave me for how long the paper work takes. They had locks there for me to buy straight away. They upgraded me to a larger size shed when I realised that the one I wanted wasn’t going to be big enough. Upon leaving and moving out of the shed, there was no paperwork or anything for me to do. I could focus on moving and not have an added stress of having to deal with paperwork or time needed to end my lease on a shed. Absolutely 100% recommend storing with these guys.
