Storage King Australia - Leichhardt Avis 19

Whilst travelling round Australia we had been looking for storage for our bus whilst taking an overseas trip. Storage King not only had an outdoor parking space within locked gates but CCTV as well. Akeel was fabulous with our request and the process......awesome, thank you 😊

I have found this a very safe, and clean environment to store my valuable items.

Nigel was so very helpful & the staff were on top of security when I didn't lock my unit securely.

The crew at Leichhardt Storage King are good value, accommodating and helpful in finding me adequate space. Reason for the lower stars is not for the Leichhardt branch, but the Storage King electronic sign up process is clumsy and flawed. Had to go back to the infallable method of using a pen and paper, it works.

This place had exactly the room I wanted for a fair price. The staff are beyond helpful and friendly, and it's open 7 days a week. Access is easy and the temperature in the warehouse is nice and cool.

The on-site staff are very responsible and will carefully inform about the precautions that should be taken during the storage process. And provide some assistance in various details, which makes me feel like I have a great service experience.

It's been just two weeks since we had a storage. Although not often we need get in and out our storage always clear explanation to our questions by those staff, so far so good as overall. Hope they keep good service professionally for us customers.

The manager and staff at Leichhardt were very helpful and arranged a good location to store our motorhome. Previously, Storage King at another location was contacted but the facility could not store our vehicle. However, the manager contacted several other Storage King locations on our behalf and arranged for us to phone Leichhardt. Excellent service.

I used the storage facility in Leichhardt, Sydney. It has a mice problem. I would recommend that people do not use it for storing soft furnishings until the issue is addressed. At present you can smell the mice, and they have nibbled a bait I put out. Also, people store pet food in the facility. Other than that it seems clean and well run.

I ordered a bigger locker, ended up with a smaller one. Not what I originally agreed to. They gave me a good price on it and then when I went to the smaller one I wasn’t happy with the final price change James the worker gave me a final price and stuffed it all up very disappointed

They know what they are doing. The price is the price. The facility provides, what they tell you in the price and the staff are really experienced. The space is clean, accessible and functional.

My unit was a good size and very accessible on the ground floor. I did all the booking and payment online and I found the staff very helpful and pleasant. I could always get a parking spot in the loading bay.
