I can't recall the name of the gentleman who helped me firstly purchase a large range of packing materials, the following fortnight he was incredibly helpful when I returned needing storage space. The professionalism and responsiveness meant I didn't even look for other providers

Had very good experience so far!
Very happy with the customer service they provide. The manager is very helpful and knowledgeable and worked with us when we wanted to choose a suitable storage.
The facility is very good and easy to bring stuff.
