I dealt with Ange who went over and…
I dealt with Ange who went over and above to assist me (whilst I ate the lollies in the jar lol) I paid for a couple of weeks only and when I had to call Ange to extend my storage, she told me that I still had 1.5 weeks given to me at the same cost. And to crown it all I even got a refund. Great work!!!

It was a very stressful time for me, with being hit hard by the storm xmas night.
Devastating my life and my elderly mothers.
We had to move !!

Polite experienced but yet the drive way don't fit truck into storage makes it hard when have to cart it all on to storage.

We found the process very straight…
We found the process very straight forward, the facilities were clean and had easy access to our container
As a recommendation it would had been great if you had outside cages for potted plants I have found it so difficult to house my plants

Area is always clean, all staff are always friendly and approachable and always willing to help. Shop has a wide variety of packing needs and the use of the van was a massive help
