Storage King Australia - Richmond Avis 

It’s still underway but the moving my things in was effortless and great.

The Manager at the Richmond facility provided service beyond excellent. From initial contact to visits to facility to unload he was informative, thoughtful and provided assistance along the way. A Manager with qualities seen so very little today. He takes a professional approach and was customer centric each and every time. The facility is clean, organised and shows customers are always at front of mind. In a very stressful time the actions of this awesome Manager made the world of difference in our transition to a new city and a new state. Thank you!

Glen runs a very organised and helpful storage unit. It was easy to negotiate and all the staff I spoke with were reliable and consistent.

I very recently took up a storage unit at Storage King Richmond to help me manage an expanding business. Glenn and the team helped me find the most suitable space in size, proximity to lift etc and my experience has this far been nothing short of amazing. I love the extra freedom and order this additional space provides me and my business

Only for the fact parents lived over an hour away could we store all the white goods. No other space was offered by this company even though we had travelled all the way from Canberra…
Had not received a phone call or a an email to say lift was not working at this time

Helpful, amazing and cheap

Super friendly and helpful team who were happy to work with me to find the right storage solution and provide support, advice and help during my move.

DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY. I attended my storage unit today in order to empty it, only to find it had been tampered with and all valuables stolen. Reception told me they noticed it was tampered with 2 months ago and I had been left a voicemail. A new lock was put on it and I was not provided with a new key.
No such voicemail record and nothing in writing informing me of this. Due to elapsed time police have informed me I have no chance of recovering any of my valuables.

There is no CCTV available now because of elapsed time and not being informed upon the date of noticing it was tampered.

I don’t even have words to express how upset and disappointed I am by this. Your job is to keep my belongings secure, this has not been done! And who knows who else has been robbed and is waiting to find out?

I hope to be fully compensated for this outstanding negligence on behalf of Storage King and their useless staff. I am sadly not hopeful judging by how terribly this has been managed to date.

Glenn and Craig at Storage King Richmond were super helpful and accommodating in assisting with storage for my interstate move. Everything was straightforward, quick, and with excellent customer service.
10/10 would recommend.
